Located in the prestigious Kiva Dunes Resort, this home was built with exceptional quality and attention to detail. The lower level features tiled floors, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and hardwood stairs leading up to the second and third levels. The rear porch on the lower level leads out to the luxurious swimming pool and optional spa.

The second level features 10 foot ceilings and the master bath features a large garden tub and stand-up shower. French doors located in the master bedroom lead out to the second level porch. This level also features two guest bedrooms. The tower level features a tower sitting room. This room contains hardwood floors and French doors leading out to the balcony. Breathtaking views of the Gulf and golf course are a highlight of this area.

The adjacent guest home features the same look and feel of the Main house. This home features tile throughout and hardwood stairs leading to each of the three levels. The second level features a kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and double French doors leading from the living room out to the second level balcony overlooking the pool. The third level features the master bedroom and bath with double French doors leading out to the third level balcony.

Both houses are completely furnished, including flat screen televisions. The main house has a King size bed in the master, and a queen, two twins, and a day bed in the other 3 bedrooms. There is also a pull out queen in the den. The guest house has a queen in the master and two twins in the other bedroom.

The beach is a short five minute walk from the house.

  • This house is beautiful and so relaxing. It is perfect if you have a large family - there is plenty of room. It is in a perfect location - a short walk to the beach or the kids can ride their bikes around the circle. You will love staying in this house! I highly recommend it!
