The beaches have never been as perfect as they are today. Located in the prestigious Kiva Dunes Resort, this home was built with exceptional quality and attention to detail. The lower level features tiled floors, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and hardwood stairs leading up to the second and third levels. The rear porch on the lower level leads out to the luxurious swimming pool and optional spa. It is important to note that the lower floor has a bedroom with a Queen size bed making it perfect for Seniors that might have trouble navigating stairs.
The second level features 10 foot ceilings and the master bath features a large garden tub and stand-up shower. French doors located in the master bedroom lead out to the second level porch. This level also features two large guest bedrooms. The tower level features a kids /teen room with a full size lower bunk-bed, flat screen TV and PlayStation. This room contains hardwood floors and French doors leading out to the balcony. Breathtaking views of the Gulf and golf course are a highlight of this area.
The adjacent guest home features the same look and feel of the Main house. This home features tile throughout and hardwood stairs leading to each of the three levels. The first level has a guest bedroom and bath. The second level features a kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and double French doors leading from the living room out to the second level balcony overlooking the pool. The third level features the master bedroom and bath with double French doors leading out to the third level balcony.
Both houses are completely furnished, including flat screen televisions. The main house has a King size bed in the master, two bedrooms with queens, 1 bedroom with two twins,and a fullsize lower bunk bed with a twin above it in the tower. There is also a pull out queen in the den. The guest house has a queen in the master and two twins in the lower guest bedroom.
The beach is a short five minute walk from the house. Private pool and Hot tub 2 seconds from the kitchen. Public pools with in 2 mins. Pro shop and Club house minutes away.

The owner is excellent to work with and very accomodating. Both houses are in excellent condition and very comfortable. The A/C is outstanding. The parking is adequate but somewhat difficult if you bring multiple cars. The community pools were great and the beach was convenient. The security came by very often and were pleasant to deal with. The neighbor was not so pleasant. The home pool was nice. The location was ideal for our group. It is away from the crowds, yet within 20-30 minutes of the major attractions.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This place was awesome! Very big and layout is spread out. The owner was great to work with too.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This house is beautiful and so relaxing. It is perfect if you have a large family - there is plenty of room. It is in a perfect location - a short walk to the beach or the kids can ride their bikes around the circle. You will love staying in this house! About the owner: My wife and I both started coming to Gulf Shores and the Fort Morgan area as children. We were always drawn to the the crystal white beaches and lack of high rise mega development. We purchased this house in August of 2009, not as an investment property, but as a second home. The house is a wonderful place that can easily handle multiple families. The Kid's loft with both Wii and PlayStation were recently added. Please enjoy our home, as much as we do. David and Camilla Ostrowe
Why the Owner Chose Kiva Dunes:
Crystal White Beaches, Golf, Pools, tennis. Kiva Dunes is great. I rented in Kiva Dunes for years hoping one day I could buy.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The guest house allow multiple big families to share the entire compound. Private pool and hot tub are a big plus. keep in mind, the house is a quick simple walk to the boardwalks that cross the protected dunes to the beach, seconds to your own pool. Kiva Dunes has a work out area with several public pools and tennis courts. Golf with Pro Shop and club house are all very close.
