River front vacation spot on the Guadalupe River. Large open space shaded by old pecan trees with pools, hot tubs, picnic tables and BBQ grills. Plenty of room to throw the football or frisby. Whether you spend your days shopping, floating the river or treating the kids to a day at Schlitterbahn, you will have a great spot to come home to. We are centrally located just six blocks from Schlitterbahn and a 10 minute drive to Gruene, Texas.
This two bedroom condo is fully furnish to make your stay as memorable as possible. A very large balcony is an added plus for this unit. Because a good nights sleep is important, we have furnished one bedroom with a Simmons BeautyRest king bed and the Master bedroom with two Simmons BeautyRest queen beds. A surround sound system has been installed for those who need their music and movies, so bring your CD's and DVD's.
We own this place because we love to come to New Bruanfels and we believe you will too.
