Built in the 1920's and family operated, this charming smoke free, large one bedroom one bath cottage is a wonderful place to vacation. Enjoy the privacy and space of a home that is three miles to the beach and one and a half miles to trendy Las Olas with shops and restaurants, art museum, performing art center and imax theatre. Only twenty minutes away you'll find Gulstream and Calder Racetrack with thoroughbred racing and Vegas Slots. The Hard Rock Cafe&Casino is also twenty minutes away that features many great musicians and comedians.

  • Our March 2008 1-week stay at the cottage was perfect. We had the feeling the hosts really cared. The cottage was VERY comfortable, and the website photos are very representative (in the past we have found that often the photos look a lot better than the real thing). Quality everywhere and everything worked. The CD/DVD system is super. What impressed us also was the completeness of the furnishings and the kitchen, which included every conceivable utensil. An indication of just how excellent this unit is: the only gripe would be that some doves sitting on the power lines over the parking spot deposited their droppings on the car!!! We'll be back -- such a jewel is not easily found again!

  • Wow! What a lovely vacation rental. Adorable, comfy, homey cottage in a tropical setting with a fantastic location, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Owners provide all amenities and are so helpful and friendly it's like staying with family. I will definately be returning for another stay. Highly recommend. Thank you so very much for your darling place and for making us feel so at home.

  • After battling the Valentine's Day Snowstorm, to cancelled flights, to driving from Philadelphia to Norfolk, VA in order to get a flight to Florida....we were much relieved to finally get to our cozy and comfortable destination! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful including all the ammenities from home, you can't fit in your suit case! Close to the beach, A1A, restaurants and Miami! We enjoyed our stay and hope to make it back again soon!
