This 3840 sq ft cabin with 3000 sq ft of decks was built in 1999 and is located in Color Country Estates in the Dixie National Forest. Outdoor activities include ATVing, snowmobile rentals, ATV rentals, stream and lake fishing, cross country skiing as well as downhill skiing, sled riding, backpack hiking, mountain climbing, mountain biking. There are five decks offering spectacular views.
Bear Lodge Cabin has five bedrooms fully furnished with all the bedding, towels, great room, game room, sauna @ spa room, three full baths, Indoor Sauna, Indoor Spa a large country style kitchen with breakfast bar and dinette area all on stone floors. Many of the furnishings have been hand carved by our local wood carver and are one of a kind. (5 Carved Bears throughout the property the largest is over 9 feet tall) The Game room is off the great room and has board games, foosball, arcade games, ping pong table, along with a TV/DVD player with satellite hook-up. We have a firepit in the front yard for roasting marshmallows or just hanging out by the fire.
Store your ATV's, Snow machines or auto in the 1200 sq. ft. heated drive through garage. Large driveways on both sides of the property to park your cars, trucks and trailers.
Located in Southern Utah, Duck Creek Village. Duck Creek pond, Navajo Lake and trout streams are a short 10 minute drive, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brian Head Ski and Summer Resort, and Panguitch Lake are all within a 20 minute drive of Duck Creek Village. Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park along with the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, are each less than 45 minutes away. Otter creek, pine lake are 75 minutes drive. Coral Pink sand dunes is a 55 minute drive and Lake Powell is 2 and a half hours drive. Cedar city is 29 miles down the mountain about 45 minute drive.
Our cabin is the perfect location for a quiet, family vacations, family reunions, business outings or time away with family and friends. All roads leading to this cabin are plowed during the winter months.
Please No-Smoking inside the cabin, This is a Non-Smoking cabin. NO PETS PLEASE! Unauthorised pet will result in the loss of your deposit. 14 person maximum unless approved by owner and with $15.00 extra charges per person per night. 4 additional people could sleep on couches many more on the floor in sleeping bags.
DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICY. Please read and understand these policies. They are not negotiable. We will invoice you via e-mail or fax for the entire amount of the rental. The invoice will break down the initial 500.00 deposit which is due within 10-days of the invoice date. The balance is due no later than 30-days prior to rental date. If rental will occur within 30-days of reservation, the full amount will be invoiced and payable immediately. We only except personal check, money orders, cashiers checks, cash and travelers checks.
The initial deposit is fully refundable if cancellation occurs more then 30 days prior to rental date. If cancellation occurs with in 30 days of rental, a 500.00 processing fee will be charged against your deposit.
