Take the beach tram if you prefer, as they will greet you at your door and wisk you right to the beach steps and return you when your day is done. We are located w ithin walking distance to Rosemary Beach and the new Alys Beach community where you will find some amazing quaint little restaurants, shops and coffee and wine bars. We are just 4 miles to Seaside and a 20 minute drive to Destin or the new Pier Park in Panama City. Once private, is now just 1 mile up the beach and features some of the fastest greens you will have played. The scenery and design is breathtaking. Not up for that type of challenge, then you can visit 5 nearby family friendly golf courses in Panama city just 15 to 20 minutes away.

We actually live in the north end of Walton county and decided to rent a beach house with some family members that wanted to come down for a visit. We wanted to stay at a family friendly resort where we could park our car and not have to drive everywhere. The location of this house is walkin distance to resteraunts, the beach, the pool and the Seacrest neighborhood is great for walking and bike riding. I looked for a couple of weeks for the perfect house and location and then found this house. The location of this beach house was great. The Seacrest lagoon style pool is right outside your back door. The photos reflect exactly how the property looks. There is two master bedrooms upstairs. One master bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen. The kitchen is fully stocked and has quality knives, pots, pans, silverware and dishes. There were flat screen TV's in every room. My 75 year old mother in law stayed in the bedroom downstairs which is also next to the bathroom and the kids bunk room has two sets of very nice sturdy bunk beds. The Burkes were very quick to respond with any e-mailed questions we had. We had some trouble with the refrigerator and called the maintenance persons # and there was a technician out with in hours. We would recommend staying here because the layout is really nice for 2 married adults traveling with a Grandma and there is ample room for the kiddos to stay in their own room. Nearby activities that we recommend are the pirate cruise in Panama city, the scenic drive along 30 A, the beach everyday, the pool every day.

Took the family for a well-deserved vacation with the intention to just rest and relax in the great setting of Rosemary Beach. Well, we couldn’t have had a better experience. The accommodations were outstanding, even better than advertised. The house is enormous and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well stocked for whatever you plan on cooking. Bedrooms are all appropriately situated with comfortable beds, plenty of closet space, and TV’s to boot. Master bedroom is huge with a master bath that is comparable to any 5 star resort(s) we’ve stayed. The living area was spacious and relaxing, with plenty of comfortable couches and chairs to kick back. Entertainment systems and internet were up to date and easy to access. All of this and I haven’t even got to the best feature yet, its location! Just out the back door is a resort style pool, no joke. Getting too much sun? Need to take a midday siesta? Need to get something to eat/drink? No worries, the house is right there! Beach is just a 5 minute walk down the road. But, if you don’t feel like walking, take advantage of the 2 minute shuttle ride. I mean, how better can it get. And town is a short walk away for any shopping, dining, or people watching you want to do. This place was just awesome, especially for family with kids of any age. It was so easy to feel right at home and to kick back and enjoy. What fun we had. Just a great place to strengthen relationships and make memories. Thank you for sharing it. Owners were easy to work with as well.

What an AWESOME/SPACIOUS beach home!!! Just recently returned from spring break and in the process of scheduling our return. With a total of 9 guests, ranging in age from 2-60, (family and friends), all needs/wants were met, and then some!!! Loved the convenience of the pool deck, it's literally right out the back door, and beautiful!! For those who love the beach, there's a shuttle at the door within minutes of a phone call...but isn't too far to walk, either. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance, with Publix and Winn Dixie being only a short drive away. The house was very clean and well maintained/furnished...most importantly, a fully stocked kitchen!!! In addition, the owners, Dave and Jill Burke are always a pleasure to deal with!!

We loved the location and the home. It was perfect for our family with three teenagers. Even though each had their own bedroom, there would have been plenty of room for more as this house could easily sleep 10-12 individuals comfortably. The master suite is ENORMOUS……with a sitting area and huge plasma TV….a real treat for us!!! The living area more than met our needs with ample relaxation room. Everything that you need is there. I cannot say enough about the wonderful location. The property is located in a beautiful location between Panama City Beach and Destin. It is a quaint resort community, surrounded by wonderful unique restaurants and shops…..try La Crema for a unique dining experience. It is very relaxing and restful as you ride your bike through this community which makes you feel like you are a million miles away from the stresses of everyday life. What I liked best about the location is that I felt comfortable about allowing our teens to go out in the evening on their own. However, if you choose, you are only a short drive from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach with activities that can certainly satisfy any teenager. As beautiful as the beach was, we alternated between it and the pool area. The pool was literally in the back yard of the house. It was beautiful and so well maintained with a very attentive staff; who were so friendly and provided us with reliable “local” information….such as the less crowded Winn Dixie…remember to get a Winn Dixie card before grocery shopping! The owners, Dave and Jill, are wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this home for families that are looking to get away to Florida to relax with their family and friends.

8 of us stayed here for february golf trip & we really appreciated the accomadations. The location couldn't be better since you walk outside your back door onto the pool deck. We felt as if we were on tropical island resort. The house was bright, clean & had everything we needed for our fun filled week. Highly recommend this house and is a great value compared to others nearby. Look forward to returning soon!

What a fun house! Very colorful, nicely furnished. My kinds loved the kids bunk room. We loved the kings suit with the balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. Very clean and well furnished. Walk to Rosemary Beach, great shops, restaurants,and coffee bars. Looking forward to returning next year. A great value

My family of 8 stayed in this lovely pool-side home at Seacrest Beach Resort last summer and had a wonderful stay. The home is well maintained, is in one of the best locations within this resort, and was perfect for our children who enjoy both the pool and the ocean. This pool-side location was perfect for our 1 year and 4 year olds who had to take frequent naps and bathroom breaks. Being a few steps away from the pool made our visit particularly enjoyable. Our older kids could either walk or take a shuttle to the beach access trail, and we rented umbrellas on the beach each day for the older kids and for us - the adults. Kitchen was well appointed, and there was plenty of room for everyone. TVs worked, although we didn't spend a lot of time watching the tube. Overall great beach/pool experience and we plan to return soon.

The furnishings wer beautiful and the location was perfect being right on the pool deck. Loved the master suite with the balcony overlooking the pool. We loved the location of this beach house, it has a gate that is right off the huge community swimming pool and that was so convenient plus it is so easy to get to the beach. Also, the space of the house was great, the kitchen was large, the master bedroom was HUGE and the master bed was comfortable, and the other rooms used space well. On the down side this house was badly equipped, the decor and the furniture was just plain bad and cheap(dressor drawers wouldn't open, knobs falling off), the place had no updgrades at all, the carpet, well lets just say the carpet has seen a lot of families come through! We rented this home for two weeks and we cooked most of our meals in this house. The pots and pans were cheap and old, infact I had to buy a pan to use while I was there, there were no scissors to be found, the blender would not work, I had to buy a can opener that worked, the coffee pot spilled everywhere when you poured a cup. There was no outdoor grill provided, which we knew going into the place, but while were were there we noticed many houses had one, so we bought one while were there. If you plan on cooking a lot, you may want consider a house that is better stocked. I gave this place an average rating because the location and the space it great, if it wasn't for that I would have given the place a poor rating, but location is important as this is a large neighborhood and you can be very far away from the pool. I would not recommend this house for the price! I think this house could be a GEM if the owner decided to put some money into the house, upgrade the decor, invest in some furniture peices and better TV's most importantly stock the kitchen properly.
