This five bedroom, three bath home is on a large sandy lot only 200 feet from the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a king size bed and a huge bathroom with separate shower and tub for two. A family or children's suite is on the second floor loft level with full bath, twin beds, convertible sofa, double bed, and TV. A catwalk from the loft spans the expanse of living area below. The kitchen is open to the living space and is fully equipped.
The house is on pilings and the enclosure below the house has toys and beach chairs. It is a fabulous house with a huge deck. After watching the vivid orange, pink, and blue sunset and counting the stars over Alabama, come inside to view a film or read a book from the extensive in-home library. Rather watch TV? There are 6 of them each with a VCR and/or DVD player.
Need more excitement? The casinos of Biloxi are only 75 minutes away and New Orleans is a 2.5 hour drive. The Civil War Fortress of Fort Gaines and an 18 hole golf course are on the island. |
