Looking for a relaxing get away? Come listen to the ocean on our 2nd floor balcony. Our second floor villa is located in the B Building, which is the closest building to the pool and ocean! We have new flat screen LED tv's and new BluRay DVD players in the living room and in the bedroom. We also provide High Speed Internet at no charge to our guests. Our villa is located next to the stairs for easy access to your car!
We have recently upgraded some items in our villa and hope you enjoy a relaxing time at the beach!

This condo is well appointed and the renters are the nicest people. We rent at least twice a year from them and always look forward to staying in their condo and enjoying all the resort has to offer. The large flat screen tvs are a very nice bonus. Conveniently located in the resort, this condo has everything you will need for a perfect week at the beach. Pool and ocean view help you check the weather and figure out what to do for the day. We prefer long runs on the beach, then a dip in the huge pool. Thanks for the excellent hospitality Michelle!

We were on vacation May 15-22 of this year and we stayed in this condo. It was very nice and close to everything. We have always stayed at Folly Field beach and tennis center but never at this condo. My husband and I really loved it and plan to return again next year if it is available. Thanks again Michelle We had a great vacation.

We just returned from a great vacation June 12-19th 2010. To be honest this property was not at all what we expected. It was so.... much more than we expected!! We have been coming to Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort for over six years now and, this is our first stay in Michelle's condo. We were so excited to find her rates so affordable but thought for sure we would be getting a lower end quality unit for the price. When we arrived we were so suprised to find her condo was much nicer than units we have paid more than double for in the same building as hers! Michelle was very accomadating with payment arrangements & setting us up with the keys & gate & gym passes at least a week in advance, it was so stress free! Her unit is so CLEAN, convient to the laundry room, right @ the stairs to the parking lot, and steps from the pool, not to mention there isn't one thing you could possibly need while away from home that she hasn't provided for you in her condo! It was like being at our own home away from home! We had family with us in another condo & they actually took down Michelle's number for future stays and for their friends & family to stay too. We had a blast & will for sure be back next summer! :) Thanks Michelle for providing us with great AFFORDABLE family fun!!

This is our second time in Hilton Head and this condo was great. It is conveniently located to pool and ocean. The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you would need. We felt right at home! Couldn't get a better condo for the price! Thank you Larry & Michelle, we had a great time and hope to return next June!

My husband and 2 kids recently stayed in this villa for Spring Break and had a wonderful week! The unit is nicely decorated, was very clean, and was conveniently located to the pool and ocean. I would highly recommend staying in this villa for your vacation...you won't find a better price on vrbo!
