View of TH5 from Beach - Kelowna Vacation Home Rental This beachfront unit at Emerald Beach Villas is an air conditioned, FOUR BEDROOM, ground floor, end unit and is a generous 2000 square feet, with a large patio opening up to the beach. The unit is only 100 feet from the pool and hot tub. The plan is bright and open. The unit comfortably sleeps 10, and this is the MAXIMUM number of people permitted. The master bedroom has a pillow top king bed, full en-suite bathroom, door to patio, 27 inch TV in the armoire, exercise bike, stair climber, chrome dumbells and a full on lake view. The second bedroom has a queen bed, door to patio, and full on lake view. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The fourth bedroom is oversized with a view of the lake, has two twin beds, 20' TV, VCR and DVD player to help keep the kids entertained. There is a fully-equipped maple and granite kitchen, including a microwave and dishwasher. The dining room table has seats for 10. The living room has a 35 inch TV, stereo with CD player and a DVD player with surround sound. There is also a desk with free access to a high-speed internet connection. The large patio has a seven piece patio set and a gas grill. There is also an en-suite washer and dryer, and all linens and towels are included. Emerald Beach Villas was finished in 2003 and sits directly on the shore of Wood Lake, with 350 feet of sandy beach and lots of grass area. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, recreation room with a pool table and an outdoor sport court. Wood Lake is six miles long, running from Lake Country to Oyama, and connects directly via canal to Lake Kalamalka, which is 14 miles long, stretching from Oyama to Vernon. We are also located beside a 20-acre park with a jogging track, and soccer and beach volleyball facilities. This unit is only available a few summer weeks per year as it is otherwise occupied by the owners, who have spent a great deal of time and effort furnishing and equipping this unit so that your vacation will be a memorable one. Most guests book year after year so booking well in advance is recommended.

This unit is available from May 15/09 until Sept 5/09. June 27 to Sept 5
by the week only, Saturday to Saturday, otherwise 4 night minimum.
Weekly rates $2875 to $3575. Daily rates May 15 - June 27 $200 - $350 per night.
All rates plus $25booking fee and GST. Sorry, no credit cards. A 25% non
refundable deposit is due within 7 days of reservation, with payment in full
due 60 days prior to check in. Maximum number of guests is 10. If more than 10
guests are staying in the unit, you will be asked to leave and forfiet your
payments. NO SMOKING OR PETS PLEASE.
