Why the Owner Chose Kihei Alii Kai
Kihei Alii Kai is in a great location. You can walk to the beach, to the store, and to several restaurants. Kamaole I beach is just across the street and it's probably one of our favorite beaches on the island. We are about 1 mile from the center of Kihei where there are lots more shops, markets and cafe's. We are also a short drive from Wailea and the Maui Prince beach where, if you're lucky (and we usually are), you will swim with turtles.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The best thing about the condo is the amazing view of the ocean and islands. I stop and stare every time I pass by the window. We love to have our morning coffee on the lanai, watching for whales, and listening to the birds. We did a full remodel when we bought the condo in 2006 and furnished and equipped it to make it a comfortable home away from home for us, our family and friends.
Beautiful sandy beach, ideal for swimming, snorkelling and sun bathing. Great for kids.

It took just one trip to Maui for us to fall in love with this island. We stayed at Kihei Alii Kai during one of our trips and thought the location was perfect. We were looking to invest and realized that this could be a great place to retire. We try to get to Maui at least twice a year from San Diego and every time we visit it's like coming back home.

We had a great time and the condo was perfect. You have thought of everything that people might need. I felt like I was at home. My husband was surprised with the kitchen gadgets you have – coffee grinder, espresso machine, ice shaver, blender, baking stuff, etc. The toy box was a hit with my kids. And then there are the binoculars which my son has saved for himself the whole trip. The beach stuff – chairs, mats, noodles, snorkeling gear, and even a pair of slippers – were greatly appreciated. Speaking of gadgets, you even have speakers for the ipod which my daughter appreciated. I can’t think of anything else that would have made our stay more comfortable. In fact, it was unanimous (husband, kids, in-laws) that we will contact you first on our next Hawaii trip. I will also recommend your place to my friends. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect for what we are looking for.

We had a good time in your condo. Well equiped, very clean and nice. We missed nothing, it was like staying at home. (We came from a very shady place on Oahu, which was the same price, but it was very old and in bad shape, small and dirty. So arriving in your condo, was like arriving in heaven.) We went to the beach across the street, which is fine for the kids. We did the Road to Hana, but its not fun with small kids like ours.. The oldest is five. We went up to the Haleakala State Park (very nice to the volcanos "inside"). We ate often at the hotels kanaapali. We reserved a spot in the "show of the stars" in the Hyatt Hotel. But sadly, they rescheduled three times, because of cloudly weather, so we never saw it. So for future guests, who are interested in the show, book at least five days before you leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Maui, and were very pleased with your condo. I was happy to see that it was neat and clean and looked just like the pictures. We appreciated the fact that you had so many extras like beach equipment and lots of beach towels, which we put to good use. The layout with the loft was perfect for our family with two teenage boys. I was pleased that the beach was such a short walk away. As this was our first trip to Hawaii we explored as much as possible. We saw the sunrise from Mt. Haleakala, took the drive to Hana and beyond, and went to Lahaina and visited as many beaches as possible. Snorkelling was a real highlight for us, and we saw a giant sea turtle on our first day. We saw whales daily from the lanai. I found that the condo was very well equipped, but I would have appreciated a better broom for all the sand that makes its way inside. Thanks for such a clean, comfortable condo. I would definitely recommend your unit to anyone, and would stay there again.

We had a fantasic stay on Maui and in your condo. The condo worked so well for our group and it was spacious enough for the four of us. It was clean and comfortable and the lanai has a great view. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and more, the snow cone maker is a cute touch. We got alot of use out of the beach equipment and the beach towels were great. Your condo is in a great location, within walking distance to restaraunts, shopping and entertainment. Overall we loved the condo and when we visit Maui next, which I hope will be sooner than later, we will contact you again. Thanks again.
