The Courchevel condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, within walking distance to the lifts and right on the free bus route. Ski lockers for guest use are located in the common, underground garage.
This is an upstairs unit (2nd Floor), approximately 800 square feet in size, with a vaulted ceiling over the living room and a great sun deck just outside with nice views. It is well appointed and attractively decorated. The front door is up one flight of stairs from street level, or two flights up from the garage. Once inside, the condo is all on one level, with the living room and dining area adjacent to the newly remodelled kitchen, which is separated by a counter/bar. There is a powder room just off the hall by the kitchen, and then the master bedroom has it’s own private bathroom that was remodelled in 2009.
Living Room: Filled with light and quite spacious. Includes gas burning fireplace, 37" HDTV, DVD, CD stereo, and queen sofa sleeper.
Kitchen: Remodelled with new tile, cabinetry and appliances summer 2009. Well equipped for cooking meals. Adjacent to living room area.
Dining Room: Seating for 4 at the dining table, plus 2 barstools at the kitchen counter.
Bedroom: Queen bed, adjoining fully remodelled bath with 5 jet massage shower.
Hot Tub: No.
Laundry Room: Stacking washer/dryer in master bathroom.
Garage: Common to complex, with secure entry.

This is the second time we stayed at Courchevel, and certainly not the last. We fell in love with this little apartment. It is beautifully decorated, has all you need and is conveniently located on the bus route and near the slopes.

We had stayed at Courchevel in the past (some years ago) because the units are a nice size for our small family and it's close to the base at Deer Valley (as close as the far parking lot). This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in there-- decor was updated with granite counters in kitchen and slate tiles in bathroom, plus washer-dryer was a great convenience as well. They clearly put a lot of money into improving the unit. No complaints except that the mission-style stained glass lighting in living room was a bit dim for reading; however, they had nice reading lights by the bed. We would love to stay there again.
