This unit can sleep up to six with a King, Queen, 2 Twins, There are 2 TV's - For your convenience, we purchased premium bedding so that there will be no backaches in the morning; multiple sets of bathroom linens; and a multitude of kitchen appliances so that if you choose, you can eat every meal in the condo.
For your comfort and convenience, our condo is smoke-free and pet-free.
Oceanwalk is a gated community located just across the road (A1A, a.k.a. South Atlantic Avenue)from New Smyrna Beach. Our Condo is in building #3 which means that the walk from your door to the white sands of New Smyrna Beach will take you less than five minutes. This beach has plenty of visitors, without facing the overcrowding of the downtown beaches and you never have to worry about or pay for parking! You can roller-blade, bike or walk without the safety concerns of the overcrowded, congested areas.

We are on the East Atlantic Coast in Volusia County and the Gulf Stream is over 40 miles out from our shore which should provide protection from the Gulf oil spill. However, we will guarantee a full refund of deposit or rents if your planned visit has to be canceled due to an actual environmental issue involving this oil spill.
