Housekeeping services are provided 6 days a week. The Arches is maintained by a lovely couple who have been caretakers of the property for nearly a decade. They are on call 24-hours a day.

- The Arches is a gated villa overlooking Oyster Pond and Dawn Beach. The property consists of a two-story main house and a single-level master cottage separated by a large courtyard and pool. The main house contains, on the upper floor, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living area, fully stocked laundry room and an additional half bath. On the lower floor of the main house you will find two private bedrooms, both with king beds, walk-in closets, bathrooms and digital safes. The master suite is a free standing cottage that includes a king bed, sitting area with couch that converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa, large walk-in closet with built-in digital safe and private bath with shower, Jacuzzi tub and a large vanity area with double sinks. The master cottage also features a small wet-bar/kitchenette area that includes a refrigerator, coffeepot and toaster oven. You will wake up to a breathtaking view of the Caribbean in any of the three well-appointed bedrooms.
