"Rest Assured" is a fabulous four bedroom beach home in prestigious Cypress Dunes, completed in the fall of 2006 and it overlooks the Topsail State Park and the Gulf of Mexico. This house has it all , large bedrooms, gourmet kitchen open to the dining and living areas, large granite and glass bathrooms with walk in showers and a jetted tub in the master suite. This home has a King , a queen,two twins and four bunk beds.
"Rest Assured" was decorated by a local interior designer with no expense spared. This cottage has a warm colorful feeling in every room and is an ideal spot for that perfect beach vacation. It has a large plasma TV over the fireplace and flat screen TV's in the other rooms. Cypress Dunes is landscaped in native Florida vegetation and is surrounded by one of the most pristine state parks and beaches in the state of Florida. The cottage is a two minute walk from the Club House with its large unique swimming pool, fitness Center, and large jacuzzi tub.
