Camellia Villa will appeal to the most discerning guest who requires the most luxurious, large villa available. The home is elegant yet comfortable and is situated on one-third acre of magnificent landscaped gardens, with 21 palm trees and 12 assorted citrus fruit trees - orange, lemon, lime, and grapefruit. The enormous 40 foot by 21 foot pool and jacuzzi get the sun all day, and the huge lanai with ceiling fan provides some welcome shade. Trees and shrubs provide privacy for the pool area and there is lots of super-comfort furniture for ultimate relaxation.
There are three king en-suite bedrooms and one queen en-suite, all with luxurious pillow-top mattresses. The queen and one king bedroom have French doors to the pool. There are two twin bedrooms also, which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs. There are two sitting areas and two dining areas which provide an abundance of living space. The spacious family room has a 52 inch big screen HDTV and French doors to the pool. Games room has pool table, air-hockey table & TV. Digital safe provided. Wi-Fi available - bring your own laptop. All telephone calls are free. In short, every comfort and amenity possible for a wonderful vacation.
Camellia Villa is licensed in the State of Florida & Osceola County for short-term rental and complies fully with all safety standards including smoke detectors, alarms on all doors leading to the pool, fire extinguishers. Our licenses are on display in the villa.
