Kolea Villa 3B is a luxurious retreat away from the hustles and bustles of ordinary life. Our villa has 2100 sq, ft of designer furnishings with a 400 sq. ft. lanai providing that serene and relaxing environment of a true Hawaiian experience..

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes granite counter-tops, African mahogany cabinetry, a Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and a built-in wine cooler.
The Lanai features Koa Wood cabinetry, outdoor living/dining area with wet bar, mini-refrigerator, ice-maker and a gourmet Viking gas grill with a rotisserie. The 9' x 18' retractable pocket doors bring together the lanai and living areas in a natural flow. Also provided is an 18' remote controlled sun/privacy screen
The Living room has dining for six, barstools, wine refrigerator and comfortable sofa, love seat and lounger. Whether reading, watching T.V. on the large screen plasma, surfing the web with the wireless high-speed internet, relaxing to the sounds of music or enjoying the beautiful environment around you, comfort was our goal. Our unit is equipped with dual air conditioning and ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms.
Our unit is located within a three minute walk to the pool-clubhouse and another minute or so to the beach on Anaeho'omalu Bay via a private gate at the clubhouse (called “A-Bay” by the locals because that’s easier to say.) The bay hosts numerous water activities—you can enjoy a sunset cruise, go snorkeling or diving, play in the ocean or just relax and work on your golden tan.
Kolea villas are the most luxurious condo complex in Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Beach Club Pavilion features full kitchen, a natural lava hot tub, infinity edge pool, and a children's pool with a sand bottom and waterfall. A fully equipped open air exercise room overlooks the pool and the ocean. Complimentary beach towels are also provided for your use at the beach club
Construction activity has been underway on the entrance side of Kolea (Phases 2 & 3.) Construction is winding down. Our villa is in building No. 3 in Phase 1, on the “exit side” of Kolea, which has been finished since June 05. While you will drive by construction en route to our villa, this should not adversely impact your vacation enjoyment. Also, some individual homes are being built, including one in front of building No. 3 (visible from our unit.) Construction activity is generally limited to 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We are not aware of any major noise issues at our villa.
Kolea is located within minutes to the Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) and the only residential community in Waikoloa with direct beach access. "A-Bay" is one of the most beautiful beaches along the Kohala coast. Through Ocean Sports located on the beach, there are numerous activities for your enjoyment. Scuba-diving, wind -surfing, kite -surfing, glass bottom boat, snorkeling and sunset cruises are all offered minutes from your villa. Kolea guests have complimentary use of lounge chairs and towels at the beach.
Kolea is also within a convenient walk to upscale shops, entertainment and restaurants at the Kings Center and to the Hilton Hotel's amazing spa. There are two championship golf courses in Waikoloa to round out Waikoloa resort life.
