Built on the newest end of 5th avenue...you can stay close to home in the quiet neighborhood or you can venture your way towards the south end of "Avenida Cinco" and enjoy 17 blocks of shops and restaurants. No need to rent a car from the airport...cabs from Cancun are frequent and convenient and cars in Playa are not needed...everything is in walking distance!!

- This property has a very large and private rooftop terrace. This terrace has beautiful views of the ocean...the island of Cozumel and the interesting skyline of Playa del Carmen. Terrace has 4 wooden sun chairs with deluxe cushions, a wooden table that seats 6 and an outdoor shower. Terrace is approximately 400 square feet in size. Rooftop is only accessible from a private stairwell that comes out of the unit...not from a public stairwell. This unit also has a loft that will sleep 2 in twin beds. This loft is accessible by ladder and has a 5 foot ceiling.
