Our family has stayed on Singer Island for the last 5 years. In the past, we have always stayed at the hotels but this year chose a home. Great choice. In the pool and at the beach from morning to night. Home was very clean, all issues handled in a timely fashion by owner and well supplied. The description is just as is. We enjoyed everything. (Even enjoyed a soccer game in Miami and Disney - close both ways)
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We encountered many maintenance issues with the home which took time away from our stay. There was also many traffic delays due to road construction on the island. If you rent this property make sure you follow the addendums to the T. We tried to go above and beyond to make sure this property was maintained and respected.

We also provide our guests with an easy to follow housing policy to ensure everyone has a wonderful stay, including future guests. This home was absolutely wonderful! We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. There were 6 of us, and we never felt as if we were running over each other. Very spacious. The pool was perfect and private. The neighborhood was pleasant to ride through on the provided beach bikes. The walk to the beach was quick and easy (approximately 5 min. depending on traffic). All of the amenities you would need were provided. The restaurant recommendations made by the owner were right on. Guanabanas in Jupiter was amazing! We had an issue with the washing machine, but they were quick to replace it. We were there at the end of June, so the beaches were never very crowded. If you are up for a little adventure and have some patience, watching the sea turtles come up to lay their eggs is a fun experience. You have to stay up late for this, but the beach at midnight, with a full moon, is very beautiful. A Publix grocery store is about 15 minutes away. A very easy drive. If simply relaxing is what you are looking for, this is the house to do it in. We would definitely go back!
