Our Cottage is available only until Dec. 14, 2008. After that our parents our coming to stay indefinitely so it's your lasst chance for a while to stay in the Cottage! Fall in Carmel Valley is spectacular! Warm, sunny days and clear, crisp evenings make for days in shorts and nights snuggled up in front of the fireplace. All within 25 minutes of everything the Monterey Peninsula has to offer! The trees in the Valley (at least a few of them) start to turn color and the stars are out big time in the dark night time sky. The Cottage is set in a quiet neighborhood in sun-drenched Carmel Valley, a great place to unwind after a long day enjoying the Monterey Peninsula; or a great place to spend the day.
The Cottage is a quiet, private, detached, one-bedroom, one-bath, fully-contained home with a full kitchen, dining room, and living room combination as well as a separate bedroom. You have an unobstructed view of the back of our property, with the river just beyond our back gate and a private patio for your enjoyment. It also comes equipped with your own washer and dryer, Wi-Fi capability (if you bring your laptop), and cable TV with DVD/VCR. Our rates also include coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn, a starter kit in the refrigerator of basic condiments, assorted sodas, bottled water, fresh eggs, bread and butter, juice, milk and a nice bottle of local wine. It is a perfect spot for a romantic getaway for two, for an artist or writer to work, or for grandparents who want to visit the kids, but have some space as well.
Within 15-25 minutes of all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer and just a quick five-minute drive to Carmel Valley Village where you will find little shops, wineries with tasting rooms, and some wonderful restaurants. We are perfect for those that enjoy a quiet, serene place away from the crowds and the hotels that abound in our area and want to settle in and relax in a country setting. For those enjoy walking or hiking our neighborhood is a great spot for strolling and literally right across the street lies a beautiful meadow that is also a trailhead for walks or hikes in fabulous Garland Park!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Regular Nightly Rates-April 1 thru Oct. 31----$200 per night (2-night min) + $250
deposit ($75 cleaning fee per visit deducted from deposit)
Regular Weekly Rate .. $1000/week + security deposit and $75 cleaning fee.
The Concours D'Elegance/Car Week (Aug)Special Rates . . .
$250/night (4-night minimum) .. $1300/week
Winter Rates Nov 1 thru March 31 . . .
$175 per night (2-night minimum) $875 per week
All rates have the same $250 security deposit and $75 cleaning fee as above.
