Nani Kai Hale "Beautiful Beach House" is located in Hale Koolau, a family owned & operated group of ocean & beach front vacation rental homes in Honolulu, Hawaii located in the fishing town of Hauula on Oahu's North Shore near the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, Kualoa Ranch, and many other wonderful Oahu attractions. We are located approximately 45 minutes from Honolulu International Airport on the North East coast of Oahu; where the Ko’olau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean.

The Nani Kai Hale is a recently built (2006) centrally air-conditioned direct beachfront home on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii with over 300 linear feet of ocean frontage and panoramic views. This is a spacious (2,500+ sf living area) three bedroom, three bathroom high-luxury home with travertine stone floors throughout and every luxury you could want.
The Nani Kai Hale features a complete, large and open, modern kitchen with brand new cabinetry and granite countertops, a breakfast bar, sealed top stainless steel stove/range, built-in stainless steel microwave, stainless steel side by side refrigerator with water & ice, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The living areas are light and airy with 2-story vaulted ceilings & wrap-around ocean & mountain views.
The upstairs living room offers commanding views of the entire Hauula Bay and Koolau mountain range & features rich brown leather sofas, large flat screen cable television, wi-fi high speed internet router, printer/fax/scanner, full bathroom with jetted tub, recessed lighting, recessed ceiling speakers connected to our top of the line music/sound system, DVD player. So if you have to stay connected to your office on your vacation, but want absolute luxury you have to look no further.
On the main level of the home there are three bedrooms (one master suite), a laundry closet with complimentary heavy duty capacity washer & dryer and a hall bath. All three bathrooms feature jetted bathtubs, travertine stone work, granite counter tops, & luxury details too rich to describe. Two of the three bedrooms have ultra thick, extra plush pillow top queen size beds. The Master Suite has an ultra thick, extra plush pillow top king size bed. The house can sleep up to eight (8) guests utilizing the queen size sleeper in the upstairs sofa.
The Nani Kai Hale offers unparalleled luxury beachfront. Enjoy relaxing on your expansive beachfront wrap-around deck overlooking Hauula Bay just 40 feet away. On the yard level we have a BBQ grill, outdoor hot/cold water shower, & private six person hot tub. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy yard or stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling, swimming and kayaking.

Why the Owner Chose Hauula
Our family has owned and operated this business for two generations now and the current home replaced an older existing home in 2006. Originally our goal was to provide accommodations for people visiting family at BYU-Hawaii who wanted a more family-friendly atmosphere. We then realized the need for quality oceanfront vacation rentals at an affordable rate...this is our mission today, to provide quality, yet affordable, oceanfront vacation rentals on the North Shore of Oahu.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Guests who stay with us get more than just a place to sleep at night, they get their own beach house on the North Shore of Oahu. We have 450 linear feet of oceanfront property giving our guests plenty of room to lounge in the sun while being cooled down by the gentle breezes of the South Pacific Ocean. We also have four hot tubs on the property plus kayaks, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and complimentary high-speed internet. Each of our units come with full kitchens and 11 of them have air-conditioning. We are located four minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center and Brigham Young University Hawaii. We are also located 20 minutes north of Kualoa Ranch and 15 minutes from Sunset Beach and the famous North Shore surfing beaches.
Within walking distance to Hale Ko’olau with a large grocery store and several restaurants, including the very popular Papa Ole’s Kitchen.
This is one of our favorite beach parks on O’ahu. Enjoy excellent sandy bottom swimming on this stunning and uncrowded beach.

We have operated as Hale Koolau LLC for nearly a decade, however prior to this change of entity we operated the business as sole proprietors, accommodating thousands of guests over the years. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii with an A+ rating, member of the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, and have an "excellent" rating on TripAdvisor.

We stayed at the Nani Kai Hale the last week of September and it was amazing. The house was in fabulous condition with nice furnishings and the backyard was so private and right on the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and supplies were great. The boogie boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear were a great plus and our kids and parents really enjoyed the private jacuzzi. We really can't say enough about how great this place was. Thank you.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
