The Kai Lanai "Heavenly Sea" is a fully air-conditioned oceanside home on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii located just 80 feet from the blue pacific. This is a spacious (1,500+ sf living area) three bedroom, two bath free standing home was recently remodeled (2006) with travertine stone floors throughout. The Kai Lanai features a complete Brand New, large and open, modern kitchen with Maple Cabinetry & Granite Countertops, a breakfast bar, sealed top stove/range, built-in microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals.
The living area is light and airy with tropical-style furniture. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The master suite is furnished with tropical furniture and a queen-size, pillow-top bed. The master bath features travertine stone floors & shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and tropical furniture for an airy island feel. The third bedroom has two (2) twin size beds. All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning (mini-split) and tropical ceiling fans although they are rarely needed as this home enjoys cool tropical breezes year around. The Unique Benefits at this House
Guests who stay with us get more than just a house to sleep at night. We have 450 linear feet of oceanfront property giving our guests plenty of room to lounge in the sun while being cooled down by the soft breezes of the Pacific Ocean. We also have four hot tubs on the property for our 13 units to share, kayaks, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and complimentary high-speed internet (for our guests who must share their pleasure with a little business). Each of our units come with full kitchens and 11 of them have air-conditioning for those hot, sweltering days. We are located four minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center and Brigham Young University Hawaii. We are also located 20 minutes north of Kualoa Ranch and 15 minutes from Sunset Beach and the beginning of the North Shore beaches.
