Fully furnished 2,000 sq. ft. home on the 9th fairway of the beautiful Northstar Golf Course and only minutes from the Northstar-at-Tahoe Ski Area. The large living room features an open woodburning fireplace with gas starter and full entertainment center (HD TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo, etc.). The family/dining room looks out on an expansive view of the golf course and the Martis Valley beyond. The kitchen was completely remodeled with all new appliances in January, 2008. A large open deck surrounds the rear of the house, providing a perfect setting for summer outdoor dining and relaxing. In the winter, the golf course provides a convenient venue for snowshoeing and cross country skiing (snow permitting).
The main level features three bedrooms: a king bed in master bedroom, a queen bed in second bedroom, and a queen bed in third bedroom. The master bedroom has a TV and features a large Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The fourth bedroom upstairs has twin beds (2), a full bath and a TV/VCR.
The home includes full access to the Northstar Recreation Center, which features hot tubs, swimming pools, a large game room, fitness center, and 12 tennis courts. (Note: effective 7/1/2010, there will be a charge of $2.00 per day per person for use of the Recreation Center, payable in cash when entering the facility.)
The Northstar-at-Tahoe ski area is only minutes away on the free shuttle buses provided by the Northstar transportation department. The completely new Northstar Village provides a host of shopping and dining options and features a large outdoor skating rink and firepits (winter only).

Why the Owner Chose Northstar
We live in the Bay Area and have been skiing at Northstar for nearly 30 years. In 1998, we also took up golf, so it was an easy choice to purchase a vacation home that we could use for both golf and skiing.

This home was beautifully decorated, very cozy, and a good location for a family stay. There was a large living room area that was perfect for after-dinner, and the multiple rooms made it spacious enough for comfort. The location was convienent and the backyard was large. Had a good time--would stay there again!

This is a beautiful, well maintained, immaculated home that we have rented numerous times over the last five years and the owners are a delight. Nothing like a BBQ on the deck overlooking the Golf Course. Northstar is a wonderful year round family vacation destination that has a wide variety of activies for all ages & seasons. Golf, Tennis, Swimmig, Spa/Fitness Center, Mountain Biking, Rock Wal,Horseback Riding, Fly Fishing and more in the Summer. Fantastic Skiing & Boarding in winter. The Village has wonderful shopping, dinnig and Ice Skating in the winter. Plus, you're only 15 Mintues from Lake Tahoe or Truckee. Can't say enough about this beatuful location and the owners...
