Guest love our comfortable plush mattresses/beds, memory foam toppers, all new, nice bedding on 2 King Bds in remodeled rooms, 2 queen bds, 1 bunk bed, 1 futon, 1 sleep sofa. A very “Real” cozy authentic 1900 square foot cabin, three-story A-Frame with interior rustic pine walls, new carpet, heated tile floor on private acreage. Boasting a beautiful open view of Mount Stuart Range. Nestled in partial evergreens, flat to gently sloping lot at an elevation of 2800 feet. 15 minutes to downtown Cle Elum. 20-30 min to the Yakima river, Ellensburg, Lake Cle elum, Roslyn, Ronald & Suncadia. Full to partial sun threw out the day (hot/dry) summer. Winter also has bright days..

CLEAN/MAINTAINED; Private Hot tub on site, all cleaning supplies available too. Clean/maintained Community Pool, a 2-3 min drive down to the cabana/lodge area. Deer 3-12 total, daily multiple visit’s, Turkey’s 8-12 total, am daily visit. Provided snack food, take pics!!
SPACIOUS FOR FAMILY & FRIENDS. The cabin is well equipped for 3 families to enjoy without giving up any privacy for everyone. All bedrooms are well equipped and private. No hidden agenda about sleeping areas. One place we rented, said sleeps 16 on queens, not mentioning all bunk beds!
MESQUITO'S: Enjoy evenings without the hassles of them, unique to our cabin.
TREE HOUSE: *Summer (finished room) off of the deck for smaller kids to bunk in. 4 available sleeping mats.
DRIVING-PARKING:
The easy drive up, unlike a lot of lots in the development, ours is close in and very easily assessable by vehicle and snowmobile's. Parking is huge on sight for multiple vehicles, recreation trailers and boats in the summer. No worry, more available parking in lower community parking lots also for the big, big boats & winter parking. "SNOWMOBILE ACCESS ONLY IN WINTER"

Surrounding area's you can gold pan (Liberty), metal detect, search for Ellensburg blue, fish, swim, go river rafting, bike the rat pac trail. (JOHN WAYNE PIONEER TRAIL), 100 mile long, for non motorized hiking/biking/horseback riding.

RENTALS:
Snowmobiles/jet ski's/boats/fishing gear/canoes/tubes/bikes/4 wheelers etc., for the entire family. Private companies, not at cabin site, call them to pre-reserve/availability.
No Bachelor/or ette - Heavy Drinking Parties allowed. You will forfeit all monies paid and be asked to leave immediately. We will not accommodate such activities.

You can also call local snowmobile companies to deliver at the development for your entertainment. NOTE: Snowmobile access to cabin from parking lot during winter months only. Summer; 4-Lawn chairs provided to bring to pool.

My husband and I are native to WA State, Self employed small business owners, in our early 40's and have 3 of our own (what were we thinking)teenagers!! Our dream, like many to own a cabin!! We are avid outdoor people. Husband and 2 boys bow hunt with dad. We all, Like to go fishing, snowmobile, hike, ride dirt bikes, quads and use our samuri suzuki 4x4's for trail driving around the mountains. (way cheaper then quads and much easier ride)I enjoy taking pictures of nature "not pro" and I love to forage for edible mushrooms per my hobby is cooking. We also look for antler's that fall every spring around the same time Morel's come up. This place has it all!!
Why the Owner Chose Cle Elum
Close to town and the off ramp. Closer to the on ramp to Ellensburg and the vast forest to explore. Here, the South side of Cle Elum gets more sun and does not have wind 24/7 like the Lk Cle Elum area. Our Development has a pool with a lodge, bunk houses, cabana to host large parties in (OWNER ONLY)and excellent, private access to all the trails.

Excellent views of the Stuart Mt's, the crisp pine sent breezes, the quiet, the wild deer and turkey's who visit. Going to the pool with the kids and friends. Being able to sit in a hot tub while looking at the views or relaxing at night under the stars in the cascade Mt's.
My favorite part is to cook for large groups and I have equipped the cabin for all us foodies.

The cabin sleeps comfortably 12 guest's. Our intention is to book to capacity and unfortunately we do not have rates for two people but a min of four. I would suggest renting a condo or a smaller cabin in the area if your looking to save a few bucks.
