Built on the last dune and about 50 steps from the elevator to the sand, pool or personalized covered parking. I chose this condo because it has, hands down, the very best view of the ocean. I live just a mile away and can be at the condo sight within 5 minutes, if you experience any problems. I've been a successful landlord for over 20 years & enjoy a very high rating among my guests.
