Pure Luxury In Keystones's Newest Neighborhood, Settler's Creek. Elite Traveler just featured Settlers Creek in the July/August 02 issue. Only four Colorado developments in these resort areas were featured, Beaver Creek, Telluride, Aspen and Settlers Creek in Keystone. Not bad company! The article quotes that the two main selling points of Settlers Creek are location and Minnies Cabin.
This townhome is truly within Keystone Resort and is surrounded by trees, mountains, and the winding Snake River. This perfect location feels as though civilization is miles away, but the amenities of River Run Village are an easy 2/3 mile walk or just step across the street to the free shuttle and take a 90 second ride to the base of the gondola, high speed quads or anywhere within Keystone. The Summit Stage will take you anywere within Summit County at no charge.
This townhome has unobstructed views and is very spacious and has 2 master suites, one with a jetted tub and the other, a deep soaking tub. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and 2 eating bars. The great room has a moss rock floor to ceiling fireplace. The full dining room has panoramic mountain views, and a beautiful outdoor private patio w/ table and chairs. There is a queen in each of the bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. The decor is mountain rustic with top of the line finishes throughout. We have a 5' X 4' storage closet for mountain bikes, strollers or winter sports equipment. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. There is no garage.
Every guest that has ever stayed with us call or email us to say that the most attractive feature of our home is that it is 15 steps from Minnies Cabin, an intimate log cabin which has a large private heated swimming pool, hot tubs, outdoor fireplace, gourmet barbecue grill, and private picnic area. Inside Minnies Cabin enjoy a roaring fire, comfy cabin chairs, billiards or TV. His and hers lockers rooms are included also. All for your use during your stay. The free shuttle to the lifts or the village areas picks up at Minnie's Cabin every 20 minutes.
