My condo is clean, cozy, well maintained, and stylishly decorated. Excellent floor plan with private backyard with barbecue off the kitchen. Pool is kept at 87 degrees and the Jacuzzi at 102 degrees. All amenities are included, just bring your personal items. Hermosa Villas is a small 64 unit gated community just blocks aways from downtown Palm Springs. This location is quiet and yet very convenient to the restaurants and downtown nightlife.

Why the Owner Chose Hermosa Villas
Palm Springs was the closest warm climate that you could drive and fly to. In all my travels PSP has always been my favourite destination.

I enjoy the private patio area. Our pool is large and spacious kept at 86 degrees and very friendly.

Thank you for allowing us to share your condo. We were very comfortable and were pleasantly surpirsed by the roominess, location, parking, patio and mostly how well taken care of it is, and all the small things one needs for day to day living are provided. I think we left with very little for the cleaning lady to do, and everything was working and in top shape.

I have stayed in this condo many times over the last number of years....love it....the owner updates the furniture and appliances regularly and is very easy to work with if a problem comes up...close to grocery stores and shopping malls...even within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs...(if you are a walker)...Nice pool area and if you want privacy the backyard is warm and secluded...Best place I have found in Palm Springs....

We have stayed in one of Linda's managed units many times over the past 15 years. The complex if fairly small and friendly. After a while you get to know most of the long term residents. The pool is a good size as is the hot tub. Linda is a very conscientious manager by making you feel right at home and making sure everything is just right for you. She owns a unit in the complex and is there for you if you should need that. The complex is in walking distance to the main part of town, and has close shopping within only a few blocks.
