Seagrapes is a three bedroom townhouse in the prestigious Delaporte Point residential gated community which is on the west end of Cable Beach Bay. You look out on a sandy beach, which is easily accessed. You can see down Cable Beach Bay to Nassau Harbour and Paradise Island.
The centrally air-conditioned property is newly redecorated and refurbished and gives luxury accommodation for six people in three large bedrooms. Like the rest of the house, the new kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The house has cable television and free wireless internet is available all the time.
Transport is a breeze - take the Jitney! Jitneys are safe privately owned small buses, which stop on demand. The No 10 Jitney will stop on the roadside outside the gates of Delaporte every few minutes. For a dollar, it will take you downtown or drop you anywhere on route. Alternatively, call a cab from the rank at Cable Beach.
We have good restaurants nearby, one just outside the gates and several in Sandyport Town Mall five minutes walk away. The well stocked supermarket is a ten minute walk away.
You can be picked up at your door for activities such as fishing snorkeling, and scuba diving. Cable Beach hotels and Casinos are only a five minute Jitney or taxi ride away. The Atlantis Hotel and Casino on Paradise Island is also worth a visit.

We rented your condo with our 4 teenage daughters and all 6 of us were very comfortable! The kids appreciated the pool located right next to the balcony! Let's not forget the ocean 3 steps down the patio!! The house is clean, comfortable and perfectly located!! The owner living close by is a major plus if you need anything or encounter any problems and she's extremely nice! Sitting on the patio staring at the ocean or going for a swin late in the evening are memories we'll cherish for a long time! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We'll sure be back!

Well we managed to come back! We have had a wonderfully relaxing two weeks. The thunderstorm was exciting but we have had lovely sunny days. Thank you Charlotte for looking after us so well. We have had a brilliant time!

Loves your very comfortable, clean and convenient Townhouse. The patio offers great seascapes and the New Year firework displays were outstanding. We have really enjoyed our month here at Deleporte.
