We rented this condo during spring break and LOVED it. First of all, Juanita is very easy to work with and very prompt with replies. The Condo was very clean and the decor was beautiful! We loved the ocean views. The teenagers loved the location close to pier park....where there is always action. We were a little worried about being on the 22nd floor and the elevator access...but, we had no issues with the elevators. Having the beach service with 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. The kitchen was very well equipped...even a blender for margaritas!! We would not hesitate to rent this condo again or recommend this condo to our friends and family. Thank you Juanita for sharing your awesome beach condo with our family!!

We had a wonderful time spending Fall Break in your condo! The weather wasn't cooperative the first couple days but with lots of friends staying at Calypso and nearby, we still found plenty to do! Our 3 Y/old loved the rides at Pier Park and our 8 Year old loved fishing off the pier! We hope to make this a yearly triip! Thank you for sharing your home! You will be hearing from me again!

Juanita's condo is exactly as advertised and she is great to work with! The condo is close to everything including Pier park which you can even walk to. The condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed. I would definitely rent from her again! Thanks Juanita!

The condo is comfortable and all the amenities are provided. The view is amazing and the location is perfect... we especially enjoyed the included beach rentals, thank you! This is our second visit and the condo feels like our home away from home. We will be back!

This was our first time visiting this part of Florida. So putting together a place to stay and things to do all I could do is hope for the best. And that is exactly what we got! Once we got to the condo, we parked our van and it sat for majority of the vacation. This condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, the veiw was awesome and the location was the best. I read a lot of people complaining about the elevators prior to my arrival. But there was only one time we had to wait, and that was due to one stopped working. Other than that the elevators were quick.

We just spent an amazing week (again) in this condo! This is our 3rd time renting from Juanita and we will continue to do so! Our routine consisted of waking late in those super comfortable beds, walking to Starbucks for coffee and then spending the day on the beach or in the pool. Having the beach chair service is a real plus as is simply parking the car and never having to move it the whole week...we walked everywhere we needed to go! Everyone in my family (including two teens) had a wonderful week.

This is the 2nd year I've rented from Juanita and hope to make this a yearly tradition. I've stayed in both rooms (2206 and 2202) and have enjoyed them both equally. Juanita treats her guests as family instead of just a renter. She gives you special treatment and even calls to make sure everything is going ok. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. They are the kind of rooms you'd want to live in, not just stay in for a few days. Thanks so much Juanita!

The Perfect Stay!

We just returned from our 5-day stay in this beautiful condo (Myself, my wife and daughter). We were really happy with the cleanliness, size and location of this unit. We weren't expecting an actual third bedroom (bunk bed room), but noted this for future stays as it is the ideal set-up to accomodate two small families -- perhaps we'll bring another couple w/ us next time as there was plenty of room. The view from the balcony was second-to-none, 200+ feet above the Gulf, and very close to the pier. Great fireworks show at the pier over the weekend and we had front row seats from our balcony, I believe there was a concert going on at the pier which was followed by the fireworks show...none-the-less it was great to be able to step outside and watch it. The pool located on the property was great too and there's a little Tiki bar next to the pool as well. Lastly, Pier park is less than a 5 minute walk away which is very convenient.. especially on the busy weekends when Pier park has limited parking available. The Perfect Place

Our experience at this condo and with Juanita was nothing short of outstanding. The unit is beautiful, roomy, comfortable, well-cared for, and (very important) spotlessly clean. This owner genuinely cares and is highly responsive. I compared numerous units prior to booking and this one was a great value -- loved the reserved beach chairs! We stayed July 4 week and elevator wait-time was not an issue. Loved the patio furniture too -- higher table & chairs provided better beach views. And what a spectacular fireworks show from the pier! Reggae's at Pier Park & Spinnakers both easily accommodated our large group of 40; Hunt's Oyster Pub was worth the drive for oyster junkies (be prepared to wait; it's a small "locals" place). We visit PCB periodically for baseball; we have now found the perfect place to stay. Oh, and p.s. the beds really are very comfy!

Baby, Preteen, Teenager + Parents and Grandparents

We enjoyed our stay at the Calypso. We were a little nervous about staying on the 22nd floor with a baby. However, the elevators were very quick (except on check-out day) and it wasn't a problem. The 2 bedroom + bunkroom condo was very nice and spacious-plenty of room for the 7 of us. I loved the full kitchen and laundry room. Condo was tastefully decorated and felt like home. The photos on the review are beautiful but still don't do it justice! We walked in and just said "WOW!!!" Beds slept very well. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful and honest in answering our questions and concerns. We corresponded with her several times during the weeks leading up to our stay. I only have 2 complaints- 1. Parking is a little inconvenient. Like at most new PCB resorts, it is across the street. 2.Also the pools were a little crowded and there were not NEARLY enough pool chairs for the amount of people staying there. We did not get a chair the entire week. There were always people waiting in line 30 minutes before pool opened to reserve chairs and they were occupied the entire day. We probably will stay here again when we visit PCB because the condo was so nice and roomy. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives. Very close to the pier and Pier Park.

Owner response:Thank you for your review! Our parking deck at Calypso has seven stories and is across the street. There is an enclosed walkway on the third story that leads to the two towers of Calypso. Elevators on each deck will take you to the third floor to access this walk way. It can be a little bit of a hike but as you mentioned this is a typical set up for beach front condos. As far as the pool…yes, it can be very crowded in season and guests do hold chairs. I have prepaid for daily beach service so that my guest are assured a set of lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach. If I could prepay for a set of pool chairs I would! Our 10 day vacation at your beautiful condo without any doubts lived up to our expectations. We visit Orlando most years, this was the first time we'd ventured to Panama City Beach and couldn't have chosen a nice place or better location to stay. As soon as we opened the condo door we knew out of all the on line properties we had viewed we had made the right choice, the condo was beautiful with exceptional views over the beach and ocean, the sun sets were breath taking. It was well worth the journey from Northern Ireland, we hope to return soon.

Juanita, thank you so much for allowing us to vacation at your condo. The condo was very spacious and clean. The bed is absolutely comfortable, we going this weekend to look for one just like it. All the shops and eatery was conventiently located within walking distance from the condo. My husband and I had a wonderful massage from Massage Envy. The guys enjoyed fishing from the pier. The view of the pier at nite from the condo was nice. We give two thumbs up and KUDOS to NOT having to check in or check out.It was a very soomth transition and transaction. We really like how you had everything posted such as the checklist, the rules, and the blue book to assist us with any problems or questions we may have had.
