Our Lavallette shore house is just four houses from the ocean. It's located on a quiet street about six blocks from the center of this nice, family oriented, town. There are no roads to cross between you and the lovely white sand beach. A boardwalk runs along the beach from one end of town to the other. It's perfect for your morning exercise, an evening stroll or just to calm your charged up youngsters before bed. There's great ice cream within easy walking distance
Why have a lovely, clean, summer vacation home if you can't spend time in it? We decided to keep the upstairs for ourselves (when we're able to be there) and only rent the downstairs unit. The ground floor provides easier access for young children, seniors and makes your loading and unloading of cars much easier.
You will have your own central air-conditioning unit and control, an enclosed porch, natural gas grill on a large patio and two off-street parking spaces for your comfort and convenience. Occupancy is limited to seven overnight (including children). You may, of course, have more day-time guests. You and the children will love it, truly a vacation to remember! No groups or pets.

- Churches are within easy walking distance. Atlantic City is about an hour away by car or bus. The Six Flags Great Adventure Theme Park is less than and hour by car. On a smaller scale, Seaside Heights amusement boardwalk is two miles south and Point Pleasant amusement area is nine miles north. New York City is a reasonable drive up the Garden State Parkway for sightseeing, the theatre and sports events. The railroad to New York City is available at Bay Head, just seven miles north.
