Spacious, clean, convenient to Central Beach Vero! For rent, on a seasonal, monthly, or (RARE EXCEPTION) a weekly basis, is a 4 bedroom, fully furnished beach bungalow, a short two blocks from Humiston Park beach and downtown Vero Beach (Central Beach, between river and ocean).

This is a perfect place to relax as Vero Beach proudly maintains a small town atmosphere, with quaint shops, great dining, and friendly people. Orlando, 90 miles northeast of Vero, is near but not encroaching so if you want to go there for a thrill (i.e., Disney, Universal, etc), you can do so knowing you will come home to a quiet, peaceful town. Or you can just enjoy a truly relaxing beach vacation without expense/pretense/over-stimulation of Orlando area.
The house comes completely furnished with sheets, towels, kitchen items (pots/pans, dishes, etc), a washer/dryer, living room furniture, and home entertainment equipment (TV, stereo). There is now high speed DSL in the house through Comcast. There is a screened in front porch, a patio for outdoor meals, off street parking, and a garage for car or other storage.
Rentals can be for a season at competitive, but premium (higher) rates (usually 3-4 months in the winter; Dec-Mar or similar) OR by the month in season (rate slightly higher) OR, in some RARE cases, by the week out of season at lower rates (inquire via email for special rates).

The Unique Benefits at this House
Peace, quiet, easy walk to the beach, safe community, Ninos, Lemon Tree, the candy store. Like when we were kids.
A beautiful and recently remodeled city park with beach access, a lifeguard, a playground, and parking. Our favorite Italian restaurant, Ninos, is next door.
Stretch you legs and take in great water views. A museum and theater is also nearby in Riverside Park.
A1A is the main north/south road on central beach. Next to the road is a long, flat bike trail.
This majestic bridge links the mainland to central beach. In the AM and after dinner, it is a popular walking route for those seeking exercise and an incredible view. Recommended.
Owner's Map of Private Homes
My wife and I bought this house from a friend of her mother back in 2005. Our family, including three kids, came to the house often when they were smaller. The neighborhood and town are very kid friendly and, in our opinion, safe. We dont get down to FL as often now that the kids are grown and my father, who lived in nearby Orlando, passed away a few years ago. Though hardly a money maker in these lean times, this house means the world to us and we are glad to share it with anyone who will enjoy Vero and our humble abode.
