Thank you for your interest in our townhouse #101 at Futura Yacht Club in the Florida Keys (Mile Marker 88.5).
Our lovely townhouse is an end unit directly on the water's edge and facing west into the Gulf of Mexico. We are the very end unit by the inlet and have water on three sides. The boat slip is within feet of the townhouse. The upstairs has two large bedrooms: one has a king-size bed with an adjoining bathroom; the other has a queen-size bed and a trundle bed (sleep two), and also has a full bathroom.
The main level has a half bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a balcony. The sofa in the living room opens into a queen-size bed. When you are sitting on the balcony, you feel like the water is directly below you. You have a totally unobstructed view of the Gulf. There is also a very nice swimming pool and tennis courts for you to enjoy.

When you come to the Keys, enter Futura Yacht Club and see the Gulf of Mexico sparkle in the morning sunshine as you stand on the balcony of Townhouse #101, you can not help but feel the worries of the day-to-day life melt away.
One of our favorite “rituals” is to have breakfast/coffee out on the balcony in the morning to talk about what everyone wants to do that day. After a fun filled day of activity (fishing, shopping, swimming, etc) or non-activity (naps and/or sunbathing at the pool) we reconvene for wine and cheese on the balcony to discuss who is cooking dinner or what great local restaurant we are heading off to. Yep…that is our basic routine. You should try it…it is an easy lifestyle to get used to.
Two bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, and water views on three sides (end unit). Free use of boat slip #2 and trailer storage.

Since then, Bob & Joyce and their son (Rob) have opened up their Florida home to friends, family and many guests who share their love for beautiful sunsets, great fishing and relaxation that can only be found in the Keys.
