  Our stay at Coco beach was outstanding. The condo is really fabulous. Very clean, simple yet elegant. The contemporary furniture and very comfortable beds with ceiling fans were tasteful and very enjoyable. The open floor plan allowed for easy cooking and coming in from the beach. The doors opened up right onto a little patio that led directly to the beach. Stunning sunsets, very child friendly pool and outside faucets to clean your feet made enjoying the water and views very easy. All the amenities (washer and dryer too!) one needs yet very private and gives you the feeling and really being away from it all. Would definitely return even with friends to rent the condo next door!

  We had an amazing time at these condos. They were clean and well furnished. Our two children loved walking the grounds and playing on the beach. We took a stroll one morning and found a family of monkeys playing in the trees (the four year old hasn't stopped talking about that yet). The beach was stunning with views of Costa Rica. The apartment was well equipped with cooking stuff for dinner and the staff was friendly. The three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We plan to return soon.

  Our entire family found Playa Coco a relaxing interesting spot. Our unit was very clean and well appointed and any request was quickly addressed by the bilingual staff. Those who wanted to relax loved the pool and beach, or cooking at home, while the more active, adventurous and younger generation loved the night life in San Juan Del Sur and the tourist attractions like zip lining and horse back riding. We never ran out of new places to meet, eat or explore. Prices were really reasonable for food and drink. The weather was consistent and blissfully warm. The other guests we met were also multigenerational and we made new friends. We are ready to return.

  I visited Coco Condos last month, and absolutely loved it! I am from Texas and there are certainly no beaches as beautiful, nor as tranquil, as Playa Coco in Nicaragua. The condos themselves are amazing, set in a beautifully landscaped corner of the beach, and equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing and fun stay. There is a pool on the grounds, and the beach is only a few steps away. I loved it and would go back tomorrow if I had the chance!

  Wir haben in diesem August 2011, eine zweiwöchige Rundreise durch Costa Rica und Nicaragua gemacht. In Nicaragua mieteten wir dieses schöne Traumhaus, perfekt für die Vierköpfige Familie plus Grosseltern. Wir waren begeistert von diesem, ca 25 minuten von San Juan del Sur entfernten direkt am Strand gelegenen Haus, es ist mit allem ausgestattet, wie sateliten TV, Wifi Internet, Frisches Trinkwasser, Generator, ein perfektes Haus für die ganze Familie, zum ausspannen, Swimmingpool, Terasse und der dem Schönsten Ausblick. Es gibt eine grosse voll ausgestattete Küche, man fühlt sich wohl, wie zu Hause nur noch viel Besser, Danke für den tollen Service und die Betreuung im und rund ums Haus. Danke für die tolle unvergessliche Woche

  I have stayed at the Coco Condo's twice now, and it has always been a great experience. The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything that we needed to make our stay relaxing and hassle free. The beach is absolutely breathtaking, perfect gradual slope to the beach so the waves do not crash right on the shore making it pleasant to wade in the water with my baby. The common areas were beautifully landscaped, the pool was large and the views, amazing.

  Rented this property with my family last July (2011). Such an amazing experience. We've traveled a good amount in Central America, and I promise-- you cannot find Pacific beachfront getaways like this anywhere else. The house itself was totally modern and clean, it felt like a place we could live in long term, more than just a vacation spot. And the beach... simply otherworldly. The area has great beaches to start, even the San Juan harbor is beautiful. But, playa coco is sublime. We'll be back!

  My family and I, with other friends, went to Coco recently and we had the most wonderful time. The condos are fully equipped with all types of amenities for all ages, the beach is amazing and the place is very peaceful - you can barely tell that there are several other condos in the development. We went for the weekend and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We are definitely going back there again as soon as we have a chance. We highly recommend it. Mi familia y yo, con otros amigos, fuimos al Coco recientemente y la pasamos de lo mejor. Los condominios vienen muy equipados con entretenimiento para todas las edades, la playa es increible y el lugar es bien pacífico - casi no te das cuenta que hay otros condominios en el mismo desarrollo. Fuimos por el fin de semana y disfrutamos cada minuto de nuestra estadía. Definitivamente vamos a regresas en cuanto

  Having stayed in numerous vacation rentals throughout San Juan del Sur, I can honestly say that the condos at playa coco are the best! The units are gorgeous, with beautifully carved furniture, top of the line linens, totally modern kitchens, and more. Even more wonderful than the units' amenities are the beach access (you are literally steps away from one of the finest beaches in the entire country), the gorgeous views, and the awesome pool. Janel, the property manager, and his wife, Ani are incredibly attentive, helping to move luggage into our unit, answering questions about the area, and keeping the place impeccable during our stay. Witness just one beautiful sunset from this place and you will never want to leave. Hands down, the best place to rent in Nicaragua.
