This house is a modern, tastefully decorated, 3 level beachfront home with white sand beaches and all the modern conveniences. There is a huge sundeck for sunbathing or barbequing or just watching the dolphins roll by. Walk along the shore of this virtually secluded beach, while collecting all different types of seashells. You can even drive on the beach with a local permit.
f you prefer relaxation, lounge in the shade in the beachfront hammock or take a warm relaxing soak in the brand new 7 person gulffront hot tub. There is also an outdoor shower for your convienence. Most times of the year, there are spectacular sunsets and other times of the year, there are breathtaking sunrises.
Enjoy a nice fire on the beach in the firepit, while gazing at the bountiful stars. During the sun-filled days, float along in the calm blue waters of the serene Gulf. Plenty of local fresh seafood to be had, including the world famous Indian Pass oyster house, less than a mile away. Visit the historical and charming town of Apalachicola for shopping or great seafood dishes.
A five minute drive brings you to the world renowned beaches of Cape San Blas, where you can horseback ride along the beach or visit St Joseph Peninsula Park, voted top beach of 2002. A short distance away is St Vincent's Island, a wildlife refuge where you can picnic, bicycle ride or go shelling amongst this nature preserve.
