You are going to love it! Sunset Beach is the southern most barrier island in North Carolina and the most relaxed. Our address is 422 2nd Street. We have the only drawbridge left on the east coast and it only adds to the island charm. SB has miles of wide sand beach only a 90 second walk to the beach access from our house. There must be 25 golf courses within 10 miles if you're not a beach bum. A handicap beach access is only one block away.( No steps involved with strollers!) Our home is eight years old and built large enough for everyone to "spread out". Two bedrooms are downstairs and two bedrooms and the loft area are upstairs.
We are able to sleep 10 guests when you include the futon in the loft.For 2009 we will include linens and towels for each guest in the rental fee. Guests are asked to supply their own paper and cleaning products. We provide end of the week cleaning service which is included in the rental fees. A broom and vacuum cleaner are provide for any quick cleanup needs during the week. Both wired and wireless Hi-Speed internet is available.
Check in time is 4:00 PM Sat. and check out time is 11:00 AM Sat. We do not accept credit cards, only checks. A reservation fee will hold your reservation and the balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
This is a no smoking home and no pets are permitted. We only rent to families and adults over the age of 24. House parties are not allowed. However, entertaining by the renters is acceptable as long as loud, unruly or otherwise objectionable behavior in or out of the house is not exhibited. Sunset Beach regulations do not allow more people staying in the house than there are beds for.
