HOLIDAY (12/15/09 - 1/10/10): $2975/week, 10-day minimum
Stays 10 days or greater will have additional fees for mid-stay cleaning
Hawaii state taxes(12.416%) and outcleaning fees added to all rents

Year Purchased: 2001
I have enjoyed making this newer home (built in 1999) a welcoming refuge for visitors. I have installed the small but lush garden over the last several years to provide privacy and beautiful surroundings for the house. Most people notice that this house looks different than other rentals - I think it is the calming blend of colors, beautiful fabrics and unique furnishings that I have used to decorate the house.
Why the Owner Chose Hanalei
This house is very close to my other rental (vrbo.com/111425) and I bought it because it provided such a convenient location for family, visitors and large groups. Besides, it is at the quieter end of Weke Road (away from the pier) and still just a few short blocks to Hanalei Town.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Enjoy the peaceful, west end of Weke Road, the magnificent mountain views and the added benefit of a private path to the beach through my other, nearby property.
