Our casa is on a beautiful gated property on the Tepetapan River. It is a one large bedroom house with 2 double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with a large tiled shower, large swimming pool on property and a patio with gardens.

Birdwatching of nearly 600 different species of migratory and local birds is yours to enjoy. The property is 30 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, local lanchas on Lake Catemaco, a 10 minute walk to several fine restaurants and shops, local markets, islands of Catemaco with Mandrill baboons, Spider and Howler monkeys, ancient volcanoes and waterfalls.
