Year Purchased: 2006
Our family frequently visits our Tahoe Home. The Spring is beautiful. The mountain are still snow covered, but the weather is pleasant and often in the 60's! It is a great time to enjoy bicycling and hiking!
Our four kids (ages 6-11) love the house. The dock is great for fishing! The kids usually catch several DOZEN fish within an hour or two off our dock!
We treat the house as an extension of our. We choose to use VRBO and self manage the house because we find the renters actually treat our home as they would a close friend's home. Because of this after 2.5 years of renting and the home still feels like new!

There is no better place on earth to visit than Lake Tahoe on ANY day of the year. October is my absolute favorite month in Tahoe. The weather is perfect and the crowds are gone.
