Fanuel park is located right next door along with beach volleyball right outside the complex.
This newly redecorated condo is on the second floor, is fully furnished, including WI-Fi internet, Cable and a stereo.HD TV's in each room.
Our condo is a private condo that we make availble for rentals to responsible guests on a 30 day or more basis. This is not a party condo. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by an adult. There are quiet hours from 10pm-7am and has a security system to enter the complex. The amazing views from the pool/BBQ deck are what makes this a private,quiet beach vacation.
This is a great place to if you want to getaway from the summer heat or the winter months or just to head to the beach for a few weeks of relation and surfing.
We also offer relocation rates if you are thinking of moving to the area and need some time to figure out where you woul like to settle or if you are on a a businees trip for weeks to months at a time.
Beach, biking, shopping and dining are steps from your door. The property is only minutes from Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla, Golf, Sea kayaking, Downtown Gaslamp District, Seaport Village, Del Mar, Torrey Pines, UCSD, SDSU, Scripps and USD.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We thoroughly believe that when on vacation you should get some relaxation so we beleive that the beds and linens should be luxurious. We have pillowtop mattresses with hotel linens and beefy towels. The decor is very beachy/spa-like and easy to relax. The condo is nestled in the middle of the complex on the 2nd floor so it feels private most of the time but you get the benefit of just walking right out to the beach and beautiful common area with the pool and beach accsess. The BBq's are just outside along with the picnic /dining areas. We have several guests who come and stay for several months at a time every year or just the same month every year that have moved along with us form our last condo. This is however NOT a party condo.

We recently moved our vacation home from the Crown Point in Pacific Beach area to The Baywalk and absolutley love being within walking distance to everything. We are from Boulder, Colorado and when our daughter decided to go to school at San Deigo State and stay in Southern California we decided we loved the town also so we bought a condo to visit. We use our condo as a family retreat and use it several times a year with family and friends and open up rentals when not in use. We have many repeat renters who come back for a month or more. Some come for 6 months and some stay just for a month every year. Usually to get away from the cold or the heat of thier hometown. Either way they love the relaxing Southern California sun, beaches and atmosphere just like we do.

"We had such a wonderful time. The condo was so perfect for the family. The kids had a great time at the beach and pool. "What a wonderful vacation we had. The weather was fantastic , the condo was beautiful and the view from the deck is fantastic. Fun to bar-b-que with friends. A well needed break after our daughters wedding . Fun to have our friends come and go all month. Loved the pool, the beach, and the location was so close to everything including the Catamaran. Would love to come every year. Thanks for a great time.

Read the property description carefully. There is no view from this unit, it is located deep within the complex. I have a ford expedition and it could not fit into the underground parking. The interior is nice and as advertised. So if you have a small vehicle and you don't desire a view, this property would work for you.
Owner response:We were sorry to hear of this clients review as we have never had a dissapointed client. We have a clients who come back every summer with their families. Everyone has loved the view, the quiet and accomodations.. . He only stayed one night and came in at 10 pm and left at 9 am the next day so he didn't get a chance to enjoy our Condo or the views, the pool, the beach and the quiet comfort we have. Our Panoramic views are from the common area at the pool /deck which is the photo that you see and was taken from thedeck/ pool area. Our building is a very small complex only about 30 or so units which is in another photo that features 10 of the units facing the baywalk. We are located the second set of units back which is great for a good night sleep where you won't get all the noise from the beach ,pool BBq area and baywalk partying that goes on and people looking into your unit at all hours. So you can watch that movie in quiet or nor heat someones radio. There is a nice courtyard in the center with tropical plants and fountains. The entire compex exterior just finished being renovated in Feb 2011 so It looks fantastic. Our condo balcony looks out into the complex next door to us which is shown in the livingroom picture. As far as the underground garage goes the limit say 7ft clearance which is code. I know there is an Escalade parked in there and several larger vans and SUV's but if you have anything on top of your larger vehicle it will probably will not fit and you will need to park on the street. Street parking is first come first serve and there is parking at Fanuel Park. This arrangement was obviously not what this client was looking for . This is not a party condo. It is for a relaxing and spending time on the Baywalk and in Pacific Beach . I hope he found what he was looking for. Like I said We have never had a dissapointed client from anyone who stayed there. Most of our clients stay for several months at a time. Pacific Beach is so much Fun I hope you will give us a call.
