Wonderful memories will be shared when vacationing in our new, family friendly, ocean-side home. Claddagh House, completed in October, 2006 is professionally decorated for fun, relaxation and rejuvenation and loaded with amenities! The surrounding grounds are professionally landscaped for the tropical look and provide plenty of parking spaces.
Staying at home? How about a dip in your own private pool, which can be heated for an extra fee. Weary from travel and shopping? Take your treasures by elevator to your beautifully appointed bedroom or continue upward to the Great Room. This is a very comfortable gathering area featuring an entertainment area, starring a 46 inch HDTV with CD/DVD all in surround sound.
Adjacent is the dining area with seating for all. Step outside to the large, covered, rambling deck and see gorgeous ocean and sound views, while shielded from the sun. For the sunbathers, we have open decks above the pool area for communication with "ole sol" until your heart's content. The inviting blue ocean is a 2 to 3 minute stroll via a constructed walk-way for uncrowded swimming, shell seeking, castle building and dream-making. Eateries, shopping and things to do are close by, without intruding on your enjoyment of this special time.
On the ground level, there is an enclosed entrance for accessing three floor elevator, resting bench and entrance to pool area. A large picnic table and park-style charcoal grill are available. Please note, the pool area is guarded by a high fence and gates with over-the-top latching devices. Every effort has been made to protect young children from gaining access to the pool unless supervised. Covered parking is available.
The second level has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths with walk in shower and seat, including a king bed, queen bed, twin beds and a pyramid bunk with trundle, while a large half-bath accesses the pool area. The King and Queen rooms also have sliders to a secluded deck with rockers.
The third level is home to a charming King bedroom with private bath, featuring walk-in shower with seat and Jacuzzi tub. Features include full bright kitchen, dining room and great room, TV, DVD, CD home theater center with surround sound, powder room, an alcove equipped for internet access, home is equipped with wireless access for your convenience, (use your notebook or laptop anywhere), and stocked bookshelves for your reading pleasure. Access to wide front and side decks offer relaxation and panoramic views of the ocean and sound.
Addition Fees: Heated Pool- $400/Week
Must be 25 or older to rent our Home. Rents Saturday to Saturday.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Isle
The NC outer banks was home to us in the 1960's and we continued to vacation in Emerald Isle over the years. We found Emerald Isle to be family friendly, welcoming, with the old fashioned "beach town" feel.
The Unique Benefits at this Beach Home
We enjoy wonderful views of both the ocean and the Inner Coastal Waterway, the incredible sunsets, peaceful relaxation at the pool, private porch swing, or just rocking with the singing birds. The Elevator gives easy access to all the levels with no struggling or steps. A private location but close enough to entertainment, water sports, golf, reliving history, antiquing, or just plain resting. It was built with family TIME in mind, and has worked perfectly!

A water location is on the top of our wish list. So when the opportunity to build came along, we decided to build a "Family Beach Home", a place that we could "build memories" for our children, grandchildren and dear friends. It is our desire to share "Claddagh House" and the memory building with others. It has been a big success!!

Just a note to let you know we're in your wonderful beach house and we love it. And thanks so much for the gifts. We love the house and all the conveniences.
