Locate on the 9th floor this Gulf Crest condominium is on Surf Drive in Panama City Beach---all condos are Gulf front. Each floor has 7 condos that is served by 3 High speed elevators. All guest have reserved covered parking in adjoining parking garage.
Our unit is professionally decorated and is a platinum rated accommodation. In the great room, you will find a sofa that converts into a queen size bed that has sliding glass doors that opens onto the balcony which faces the gulf. The TV, with VCR/DVD player, is housed in a beautiful armourer. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area overlook the gulf. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and faces the gulf, with sliding glass doors to the large, 40 feet balcony. Awesome view from this 9th floor condo--not to hight and not to low, can still see all beach activities --dolphins but you don't hear the noise from the pool or tiki bar area from your balcony!!!!!
In the master bathroom, you will have a large walk-in closet and a private toilet. The second bedroom has linens, furnishings, bath accessories and twin sized beds, dressed with custom linens. There is also a TV with VCR/DVD. A large utility room, with washer and dryer, is also available for your convenience. Total square footage of unit is 1388.

Why the Owner Chose Gulf Crest
Reasonable rentals for families and awesome place to live--We traveled many beaches in our motorhome for 12 yr. after retiring in 1995--Panama City Beaches are addicting!!!! One of the few beaches we came back to year after year. We now stay here for about 6 months each year & always miss it when we are gone. Wonderful place to rent or own!!! We hope our guest love our condo here at Gulf Crest as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Awesome pools and hot tub looking out at the gulf. Awesome wide white sand beach in front of the condo--never to crowded like a lot of beaches. Gulf Crest is located near golf--minature golf--family parks and also St. Andrews state park is only min. away. A trolly runs very often in front of the condo that can take you to Pier Park "our new beautiful mall" or even downtown PCB if you desire!!! Many fine resturants within walking distance--even gulf side dining with-in a very short walk on our beach--wendys & pizza hut only steps from the condo-- Full kitchen with everything you will need to cook a dinner if desired. You won't want for anything after you settle in and get a few goodies from Walmart which is only a very short distance from the condo. Never to buzy to drive anywhere from our location which is the best location to be at on the whole 25 miles of white sandy beaches!!
This is a gulf front propery--watch the sunset off your 400 sf. balcony and enjoy our 25 mi. of the whitest sand beaches in the world!!!

We used to travel the beaches all over the US. $ Mexico in our motorhome--we found that our beaches in Panama City Beach are the very best--most beautiful--and reasonable place to vacation or own beach front property in the WHOLE WORLD!!!!!

My husband, my daughter, and I stayed in this unit during September 2011. The only problem I saw when we got there was that the pictures on here did not even begin to do this unit justice. When we walked in the door, the view took our breath away. The large balcony spans the entire width of the unit and the view from anywhere inside is absolutely spectacular. This unit is beautifully furnished and has everything you could possibly need. Having the chair and umbrella service included was a huge bonus. While this was our first stay at the Gulfcrest, we have rented from the same owners in the past and it was always a great experience. This time, we had the pleasure of actually meeting the owner in person which was a real treat. We would highly recommend these owners and any of their units in PC. They are terrific to work with and make every effort to make sure things are perfect.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is one of the nicest units I have stayed in the PCB area. The pictures do not do the unit justice. The views are unbelievable in the unit. The living, dining area and the master bedroom are all ocean front views. My favorite part of the unit was the balcony. My husband and myself enjoyed breakfast and supper watching the dolphins. One of the largest in PCB. All the luxuries of home is included. The owner was easy and great to work and book with. I will be looking forward to another stay in this unit.

We loved this condo. We have stayed at several condos in Panama City Beach and this one was by far the best condo ever for us. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had plenty of room. We also loved having beach chairs so we didn't have to take chairs to the beach. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the PCB area.

Our stay in this condo was wonderful! The owner was very easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend this unit to others. The listing description was exactly what you saw when you walked in and was beautiful. Having the chairs/umbrella on the beach was a bonus! Everything was perfect..from the stocked kitchen to the clean bathrooms and laundry room, extra towels and linens. I hope to stay here again! Our family felt right at home...the teenagers loved the bunk beds!

This was the absolute best vacation our family has ever had: Breakfast on the balcony watching the dolphins, sunny days on the beach & playing in the ocean, Great family photo opportunities at sunset on the beach, relaxing in the huge pools & jacuzzis at night...and being able to stay in your great condo. We felt right at home immediately and really hated to leave. It was decorated beautifully and very comfortable and spacious. Lots of room!

This was a great unit! The owners are wonderful to work with. They have a clean condo with everything you could possibly need. The two beach chairs are an added bonus. Best of all... the view from the 9th floor was picture perfect!
