The impressive, one-level executive villa has two master suites. The first suite offers a queen-size bed ( new thick posturepedic/pillow top mattress ), en-suite with Roman tub and step- in shower, TV and patio doors out onto the pool area. The second master suite, also with a queen-size bed ( with memory foam topper ), has a full bathroom. In addition, there are two twin bedrooms,one of which is Disney themed for "kids" and which share another bathroom. The large, comfortably furnished lounge area, with TV ,with extended range of programming , and DVD player, has triple patio doors, looking out onto the pool and beyond, with far reaching views.
The dining area seats eight in comfort, again with patio doors out onto the pool deck. A large, fully equipped kitchen, completes the picture.
The house is provided with internet connection and free USA/North America phone calls.
Where the fun really starts is the pool area! Chairs, table and ample sun-loungers, allow for maximum enjoyment in this important area. For added comfort and convenience, there is also a pool-side bathroom.
The pool area being well screened from adjacent properties is ideal for evening dining overlooking orange groves and fields, with the use of a gas BBQ for those family meals.
The exclusive Champions Gate area is just one mile away, with it's two Greg Norman designed golf courses ( home to the PGA Fathers and Sons Tournament ), plus excellent dining and shopping opportunities. Other major golf courses are within a range of 10-30 minutes travel time, ( including Reunion and Mystic Dunes ).
