This superb, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom luxury villa is located within a quiet, gated, prestigious community and backs onto old Orange grove fields being sited on one of the premium plots on this development in a corner location with no overlooking properties to the rear. Disney World is just seven miles away, making the location of the villa truly ideal, to be able to enjoy all that this exciting area has to offer, but also being able to relax in this tranquil setting.
It is now within minutes of a major new shopping complex with JC Penney and Super Target.
The impressive, one-level executive villa has two master suites. The first suite offers a queen-size bed ( thick posturepedic/pillow top mattress ), en-suite with Roman tub and step- in shower, TV and patio doors out onto the pool area. The second master suite, also with a queen-size bed ( with memory foam topper ),and has a full bathroom. In addition, there are two twin bedrooms,one of which is Disney themed for "kids" and which share another bathroom. The large, comfortably furnished lounge area, with full HD 1080p TV ,with extended range of programming , and DVD player, has triple patio doors, looking out onto the pool and beyond, with far reaching views.
The dining area seats eight in comfort, again with patio doors out onto the pool deck. A large, fully equipped kitchen, completes the picture.
The house is provided with full wi-fi internet connection and free USA/North America phone calls.
The deck/lanai area is not overlooked and chairs with table (for outdoor eating) and sun-loungers, allow for maximum enjoyment in this important area. For added comfort and convenience, there is also a pool-side bathroom.
The pool area being well screened from adjacent properties is ideal for evening dining overlooking old orange grove fields, with the use of a gas BBQ for those family meals.
The exclusive Champions Gate area is just one mile away, with it's two Greg Norman designed golf courses , plus excellent dining and shopping opportunities are within easy reach. Other major golf courses are within a range of 10-30 minutes travel time, ( including Reunion and Mystic Dunes ).
There is now access to a clubhouse facility which is reserved for adjacent private developments--having fitness gym with exercise equipment, 2 x tennis courts,volleyball court and swimming pool with sunloungers.
The property is covered by a 24 hour monitored security system.

Location fantastic,Villa fantastic and weather fantastic. We have had a great time here,enjoying everything about our stay. Kids loved the pool and the peaceful location has been fabulous for the adults! We will be sorry to leave,as the place has really felt like home for the past 2 weeks. THANKS AGAIN.

We loved the safe quiet location of the villa & the privacy of not being overlooked at the rear of the villa like other villas around while spending time in the pool & having evening alfresco drinks & barbecue's after hectic days golfing, visiting the close by theme parks & not forgetting the obligatory shopping malls. The villa was like home from home with every amenity catered for & up to date facilities such as the access to broadband & the modern flat screen TV. All in all the perfect vacation villa, looking forward to staying again soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this spacious and well equipped home, it blew me away, so much so I purchased a home of my own here! So peaceful and quiet and I felt very safe with the gated entry. The location is great for Walt Disney World, just a few minutes drive away and all the other attractions so easy to get to, ideal location. Really enjoyed Manny's Chop House and Applebee's - great food for a great price! The property was clean and well presented when we arrived and fully fitted! The pool was great to use after the long days walking around the attractions so refreshing, thanks and we would recommend this home to all our friends and family, thanks for a great holiday!
