The units are located on the same property as the Doubletree Grand on Biscayne Bay. This is a full service Waterfront luxury building with four restaurants, shops, grocery store and deli, full service marina, pool, spa, beauty salon, state of the art fitness center, AND MORE! This is the site of the Miami International Boat Show and other international events.
Adjacent to the building is a beautiful BAYFRONT park with a playground, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, barbecue, and exercise walking path...
Both units have floor to ceiling wall to wall glass doors in every room which lead to a connnected full a length balcony. They have marble floors, custom closets, new appliances, and have been fully renovated.
Our 2/2 has a queen bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It is 1400 square feet and is wheelchair accessible. Our 3/2 is about 1700 square feet and has a king size bed in the master, two twin beds in the 2nd room and a sofabed in the third room.
We are centrally located without the parking nightmares. A 5 minute drive gets you to South Beach or the Design District. 15 minutes or less to airport, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and all the hot spots. The Metrorail station is at the corner just steps from the building.
Each unit has one covered parking space available for a one time $25.00 parking fee for the bar code and is only available for 7 day rentals or more. Valet and additional parking is available at extra cost. There is a parking garage across the street that is connected through a covered walkway between buildings.
If you are staying longer than a week and would like weekly cleaning services, this is also available upon request at an extra cost. Cable TV and local telephone service is included. Wireless internet is available downstairs in the cafe on lobby level. |
