Newly constructed in 2003, our home is nestled on 3/4 of an acre, offering plenty of space from other homes. It is right across the street from the lake. The boat ramp and swimming pool are within walking distance (less than 1/2 mile).
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the main floor have king size beds and the upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds. The lower level has a day-bed with a trundle that pulls out for 2 twin beds or the trundle raises to convert into another king size bed.
The lower level also accommodates a full size 8-foot slate pool table with plenty of room on all sides for your entertainment. Also provided is sega dreamcast with various games, numerous TV's throughout the house, DVD players, VCR player, Stereos/CD, and hot tub. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also located on the lower level. Enjoy the serene setting of our home as you relax on the wrap around deck and enjoy the stars at night in the hot tub. The deck has 3 bistro tables and chairs for outdoor dining/porch sitting.
Our home is featured as the centerfold in the magazine "Kentucky's Pulaski County". It is located in the Estate section of Lake Cumberland Resort. Feel safe in this gated community with 24 hour security. The resort offers an on-site restaurant and gasoline pump. Our house is not part of the Lake Cumberland Resort program. Feel confident renting directly from the owners as we have over 15 years in the rental property business.
