  We were looking for a condo to live in during our annual road trip to St. Augustine; we wanted a better value than the usual hotel/motel experience. I selected this condo based on the photos, description, and past reviews of the property. We were certainly not disappointed; everything was as advertised. This resort is in a great location, right on the beach and within minutes of Old Town and many other attractions in St. Augustine. The property was clean and well maintained. The owners were very accommodating and met our request for a senior discount, further beating the going rates for other possible accommodations. This condo had great views of the green landscaped areas, one of the two pools, and a view of the ocean. It is an easy walk to the beach. It was very quiet in this property. The owners provide all the beach gear, so you don't have to carry it with you - beach chairs, towels, cooler, toys for the kids if you have them. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable; we all had good nights sleep. The kitchen was great. It has everything you would need for casual to more elaborate meals. The decor of this condo is very attractive and the furniture is extremely comfortable. The furnishings on the two balconies are also very comfortable and really extend the living space of the condo. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation home within easy driving distance of the many historical and other attractions, as well as shopping and restaurants. Try Amici's for delicious Italian food or the Sunset Grille (right up the street from the condo) for a great meal (seafood, steaks, very kid friendly), or Yomata (sp?) for Japanese hibachi.

  My husband visited with another couple and we all had a great time. All of the amenities from home along with lots of beach gear made our stay wonderful! Very comfortable furniture in the bedrooms and living room. Nice views from the balcony. Everything was awesome. If we come back to St. Augustine we will definetly stay at this condo again!

  We rented this unit June 18-25,2011 and couldn't have been more pleased with it .Unit is very nicely furnished ( no cheap wicker furniture ) ,well decorated ,and very well equipped . It even has beach stuff already on hand ( chairs,umbrella,boogie boards ) , very rare in rentals . Unit has Wi Fi in it , easy to access ,and works great . Kitchen is well equipped,if you choose to cook,there is a bar,as well as a dining room table for eating. Nice furntiure in living room ,that you can actually sit on and be comfortable ,sectional couch has recliners at each end to add to the comfort while you watch TV . Both televisions are flat screens,and also there is a DVD in living room . Unit is tastefully decorated,and up to date ,unlike many rental properties that have the original furniture that was there when they were built .Beds are very comfortable as well . The owners have worked hard to make sure you have an enjoyable stay,and they are quick to respond to any communication that you have with them . Hope to return soon , thanks for a great stay !

  We just came back from a family vacation in this unit. We just loved it! The location couldn't be any better, walk to the pool and the beach, no problem to walk back if you need something or forgot something. The condo was perfectly equipped for a family with two younger kids (ages almost 5 and almost 8, still willing to share a bedroom) - even family games were available, basic beach equipment, and everything well maintained and nice and clean! Shower just off the entry so that you don't need to drag the sand all the way through the house! Plenty of towels, even beach towels! The whole Ocean Villas complex was superb, space to play ball and frisbee, nice people of all ages, great place to rent. Walk to mini golf and restaurants. Publix just down the street. We had stayed at hotels on A1A before including the Holiday Inn next door and thus were familiar with the area, restaurants and all, and the kids were sad to leave and we are already planning on coming back next year.

  We rented this unit in the summer of '09. Our family of four had a wondeful time! We found the unit very cozy and clean. The owners supplied lots of extras for renters including but not limited to: beach towels, toys, video games for kids and adults ...ect. We would and WILL rent this unit again. We love St Augustine and this unit provided us with the very best.

  My family stayed in this beautiful unit the week of July 4th, 2008. We had a great time! The view from the balcony is wonderful. The unit was very clean and up to date, and the owners were wonderful. Also, the beach chairs, toys and extra in the house were a PLUS! I would rent this condo again without any hesitation! Great area of the beach to stay in also! Thanks again!
