This condo sleeps 10 people comfortably, and is ideal for couples or a large family. One of the most awesome ocean views with spectacular sunsets in all of Baja California. Located on a rocky point with secluded beaches and tide pools and also a private concrete pier.
Custom homes on either side of the complex adds to the privacy and exclusive feeling. Sip your coffee in the morning on one of the balconies overlooking the blue Pacific Ocean, and watch the dolphins play in the waves, or if it's whale season watch the families of whales swim fluidly through the water. In the evening you can sip margaritas, watch the sunset, and enjoy a breathtaking view of the city lights of downtown Rosarito.
Just steps away from the condo are secluded sandy beaches, and a large relaxing swimming pool. Along with the private pool, 24 hour manned gate and guarded parking are included. The building has 28 units, so you never get the feeling like you are crowded with other people. Take a walk on the beach, spend a relaxing day fishing, and have a fun exhilarating night in the restaurants and clubs in downtown Rosarito.
Preferably looking for renters wishing to stay 5 days or longer, however will rent for a minimum of three days. All of this and more is available to you during your stay.
