We use our home often, and love visiting Florida. We also like to rent it and are very happy to negotiate price. Please contact me (email is best)and let's talk about weekly rents. South Florida is delightful year-round.

Our town home is located in beautiful Victoria Park, in Fort Lauderdale, very near famous Las Olas Boulevard, with its many beautiful shops and restaurants, and the Fort Lauderdale Beach. The town home features Wireless Internet, TVs in each bedroom and in the living area, AM/FM radios, a gas grille, and a fully equipped kitchen designed and outfitted for all cooks.

OUR TOWN HOME AT VICTORIA PARK features a full floor master bedroom suite on the top level (third floor), with two terraces, one on the east side, for morning sun, and the other on the west side, for beautiful evening sunsets overlooking downtown Fort Lauderdale. On the second floor, there is another master bedroom with en-suite bath, and two deluxe rooms with shared bath. All beds are king-size, with deluxe cotton duvet comforters.

OUR TOWN HOME AT VICTORIA PARK is within easy reach of the many attractions in the Fort Lauderdale area: the Museum of Art, the Arts and Science District, the downtown River Walk, and, of course, the opportunity to enjoy leisurely boating along the Intra-Coastal Waterway. There are many superb restaurants in the Fort Lauderdale area, and you are less than an hour drive from beautiful and exciting South Beach.

  • Wow!!! Norm, we really had a great time, and staying in your home had a lot to do with that. As you know, a group of 9 family members, for 10 days, is not easy to coordinate. Because there was so much space for all of us, the kids had their television and DVD rooms and the adults had our patio and cocktail areas. We loved cooking in your kitchen: great cookware, plenty of dishes, and all nice stuff to boot. Like you, we prefer the beach to a pool, so every day we packed up and enjoyed a few hours there. As you said, the parking was very easy, and cheap. We did take a day to tour the Everglades, and of course the ladies (including the younger ladies) had to check out the Galleria Mall. There were wonderful sales and the variety of shops was good for our group. As you can tell, we had a wonderful time. We will certainly tell our friends about your home, and for sure, we will be back. Thanks for all your help and suggestions, too.

  • Having a wonderful house goes a long way when traveling with children. Add on to that a very accommodating and helpful owner and you get spoiled and do not want to leave. That was our experience staying at this property. Our extended family (my husband and me, our children and their grandparents) couldn’t have chosen a better home. The layout of the house allows for plenty of privacy when desired. The 1st floor open kitchen/dining/living room was great for ‘family bonding’.   • Wow! What a wonderful, spacious, and luxurious home. As members of the traveling cast of “Mamma Mia”, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this pristinely clean, well decorated and conveniently located Ft. Lauderdale home. The house comfortably fit all of us and even provided a great deal of privacy. We enjoyed the large bedrooms (all with TVs) with very comfortable king sized beds. Our schedules during our stay were quite packed but Norman had taken care of so many details that our time there seemed effortless. We performed at the Broward County Performance Art Center which is quite close to the home. During our off time, we enjoyed the nearby beach and strolling along Las Olas Blvd. Thanks for everything!.   • This wonderful apartment provided such an amazing retreat from the fast paced, hustle and bustle life of NYC. We enjoyed the stunning views of downtown, the Statue of Liberty., and the Empire State Building, day and night. The owner of the apartment provided us with a list of restaurants, attractions, out of the way places, grocery stores, shopping etc. We saw a number of Broadway shows in the theater district, which are all within blocks of the apartment. We also dined at many great restaurants such as "Esca," a few blocks from the apartment. The food there definitely lives up to its reputation and was one of the many great recommendations given to us. The apartment's central location and proximity to transportation to anywhere in New York City made getting around town a breeze. We travel often and always stayed in hotels; we now, however, choose to stay in an apartment. This apartment is better than any apartment we have taken in cities such as Paris, London and in the South of France. It is better than an oversized suite in a top hotel. We will definitely recommend this gorgeous and conveniently located apartment to our friends.
