Our "Villa on the Green," situated between Lakes #1 and Woods #9 on the Makai Golf Course at Princeville, is a charming, elegantly furnished home that we are very proud of! Princeville is a Land of Enchantment, a Tropical Oz, the Original Garden of Eden, a dream you wish not to end.

Looking out from majestic Norfolk Pines your eye catches two lakes on the #1 fairway of the Lakes Makai Golf Course plus one on the Woods #9 fairway and in the evening you are treated to Kauai's thrilling sunsets.

Our home has a generous living room, a den, a full delightful kitchen, and two master suite bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, at opposite ends of our home making it perfect for two couples. We are very proud of our lovely Pacific Rim/Hawaiiana furnishings. We would like for you to enjoy our 50-inch surround-sound television in the living room, our VCR/DVD player along with our complete stereo system. Our kitchen is fully equipped and you will find a three-burner gas barbecue on the back lanai. If a little privacy is needed each of our two master suites have their own TVs. The home is complete with a two-car garage, beach chairs and bogey boards for your use.

Our villa is only one-half mile from the full-service Princeville Shopping Center, Library, many nearby restaurants and many, many nearby beaches. Hanalei Bay, a three-mile crescent of white sand sitting behind a coral reef for safe swimming, was recently voted the "Seventh Best Beach in the World" and it is only two miles down the road. The finest beaches in the Hawaiian Archipelago are on the North Shore of Kauai. Miles of white sand & uncrowded beaches await you with every beach activity imaginable - snorkling, surfing, para-surfing, swimming, scuba, sunning, picnicing, shelling, fishing and sand castle building to mention a few.

If golf is your passion, then enjoy both the award-winning Makai Golf Course and the often rated number one course in Hawaii, the Prince Course, and by staying "on property" you will receive discounted golf rates. Both courses will test your metal from ocean edge, over unheralded hill tops with views you will long remember, over deep ravine and through mango groves. If tennis is your game, then enjoy the complete Tennis Club at the Makai Golf Course. Professionals are available for both sports should you wish to sharpen your game while on Kauai.
