We stayed at this unit for one week in April 2011. The unit was very nice and well represented. The area has many things to do within walking distance and a beach (Playa Santa) within 20 mins driving. There are two grocery stores within walking distance and having the washer and dryer available helped out tremendously. The owners were very helpful and pleasant. I would recomment Paradise scubing and snorkeling for day & evening skorkling trips. Also Splendid 24/7 provides excellant boat tours through the Caricoles. Yolanda's is also a great spot for relaxing with friends for lunch or dinner. The overall experience at this unit was excellant.

We stayed here in July 2010 and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, you won't even need your car. It's perfect for couples and families. Will recommend to family and friends. Thank you for letting us use your apartment. And thank you for referring Splendid 24/7 for the tour he sure is the best of the best jennifer & keira Family... i'll never forget sangria CONO....

We had a great time relaxing in La Parguera. We spent most of our time Scuba diving with West Divers. They run a professional operation - only suggestion is that you clearly confirm all charges and the diving schedule with them ahead of time. They don't accept changes without charging a penalty. The Penthouse was clean, comfortable and quiet. Appliances all worked great. We ended up cooking more than we expected since many of the restaurants were only open on the weekend. The location was perfect. A very short walk to the docks and the plaza - much more convenient that some of the other new complexes in La Parguera. We were the only guests in the complex for most of the week, and we really enjoyed it. If you are looking for a bustling community - you won't find it here during the week. Weekends appear to be more lively - but for us, it was perfect. We had great weather, good diving, and a comfortable place to call home.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We stayed for a week at La Parguera. My family, including our dog had a blast. The apt has everything you need and more. Everything is closed by, Robert and Spledid made our stay even more pleasant. The owner Chimmy is always reachable for any questions and is very sweet. We fell in love and are already making plans to return. I highly recommend both the place and the owner, it was a pleasure doing buss with her. Again THANK YOU CHIMMY!!!!

We stayed at La Parguera for 3 nights on March 2008 and had the best time ever. The condo is very central, walking distance from everything, nice restaurants, grocery store, the village, etc... It has everything you should need. The owner Chimmy is very kind and wants to make sure that your stay will be the best experience. We want to thank Robert Rosario for all his help and kindness. We'll be back soon.

We stayed at La Parguera Condo for 4 nights in November of 2007. The condo had all the amenities of home. We enjoyed a relaxed 4 days and plan on returning again this year. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation.

We stayed here last spring for several days. This condo is just perfect for a relaxing stay in La Parguera. It's also close (by car) to places like Cana Gorda, Cabo Rojo, and Boqueron. The interior of the condo is beautifully appointed, there's a supermarket just up the street, and the owners are extremely kind and accommodating. We had a completely positive experience.

I stood here at La Parguera Resort for 3 days in August. I have to say that it was a magnificent experience. The place is fully equipped with everything necessary and my family and I had an amazing time. We wished we had stood here longer. I will recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy themselves in Puerto Rico.

We stayed for 4 nights in July, 2007, and had an extremely positive stay. The condo is close to Parguera Divers (both to the shop and the boat), kayak rentals, great restaurants, etc. And the condo lived up to its advertised luxuriousness. In all, a great vacation.

We stayed at La Parguera Luxurious Condo in late April 07. The apartment was very comfortable with everything provided for our 5 night stay. The apartment is a five minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants. Our trip was for Scuba Diving with La Parguera Divers. I would recommend La Casita for good local seafood. Overall we were very satisfied and will not hesitate to visit again.
