You will be very comfortable here after a long day of sightseeing. The second floor condo overlooking the 17th green and lagoon in the background has a screened-in porch to enjoy the wildlife and spectacular sunsets. The condo is tastefully decorated with TV's in every room.
The master bedroom, with a king sized bed, full bath and, opens to the screened-in porch. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, which can be separated into twin beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped.
History abounds in Pawleys Island, as it is the oldest seaside community in America. True Blue Golf Course along with its sister course, Caledonia GC located across the street are rated in the top 100 greatest public courses in America by Golf Digest, Golf Magazine and Golfweek. In addition, there are 6 other great golf courses located within 3 miles. Public beaches are located within a 5 minute drive. Other nearby interests include Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Broadway at the Beach, plantation tours, deep sea fishing, Myrtle Beach, Georgetown (15 minutes And Charleston (1 hour)and Georgetown (15 minutes).

Dear betty and Joe: "We had such a great time this week. We love your condo and beautiful view. We had a relaxing time, it was very quiet, the sunsets were beautiful and the pool was great. We spent a lot of time at the beach, we love Pawleys Island and even tried to surf for the first time. Thanks for letting us stay on such short notice and would love to come back again."

The well equipped kitchen with all the basic and not so basic supplies. You thought of everything. We had o wonderfull vacation to celebrate our niece's wedding at sunset on the beach. The listing for the condo didn't even come close to doing it justice. Beautiful,spacious floor plan, beds made !! what a treat after a long car rode, kitchen stocked w just about any appliance you'd want, convenient: pool diagonally across the street, a 4min drive to beach access and tons of shopping and restaurants for the return trip from the beach. Our fav's were lunch at Sonic and sunscreeen shopping at Walgreens. The owners are a peach to deal with , timely in their email responses and calls, flexible . A definite place to look forward to returning to.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed this unit very much. It was all it was advertised to be, and more. We were able to cook in several times, enjoy our fresh brewed coffee, and get to the pool in about a minute. The sunsets over the lake are gorgeous, and we enjoyed the porch very much. We had four teenagers with us, and there was plenty or room. Thank you, Joe.
