Known as NOSARA BEACH VILLAS this Mexican style open aire, upstairs, VILLA 1 features 2 master bedroom suites with king beds. One suite enclosed with air conditioning, the other open to soft ocean breezes. Great CHEF size kitchen and eating areas with lots of room for entertaining. Watch your favorite surfer on the beach from your private decks, or enjoy the large patios, pool and BBQ in the lush gardens.
The downstairs, VILLA 2, features a separate entranced one bedroom home with full kitchen as well as a king bed in the open living area plus small bedroom with 2 singles beds.
A rustic, 'bonus' room in a separate building just 20 feet away, can accommodate 2 more persons making a total of 10 person capacity in for the VILLAS.
Located on the famous PLAYA GUIONES, within a block or two of many restaurants, markets, surf schools and small shops as well as bank, medical facilities, car rentals and wellness centers.
This two unique units, VILLA 1 AND VILLA 2, can be rented separately or together, and also in conjunction with the CASITA, listed in #96913. When rented as a complete complex we can accommodate up to 18 persons for those special occasions. Cooks can be arranged, at very reasonable rates, for your enjoyment and vacation relaxation.
Our very private, lush property is ideal for family reunions, surf trips, weddings, great group getaways, as well as a very quiet relaxing vacations and honeymoons. Watching the waves roll in, the occasional turtles coming to lay, or your favorite surfer dude from the privacy of your ocean front balcony is really as good as it gets.
