Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend .. $2300/week (Saturday to Saturday)
Off Season ................................... $1500/week.
Check-in at 4:00PM Saturday, Check-Out at 10:00AM following Saturday.
Security Deposit of $200 & a $130 Cleaning fee will be required & returned
if the house is like you found it. One half of rent due upon reservation,
balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. Guest house available for
additional $700/week + $50 cleaning.
